I purchased a set of 4 new tires this morning, and I was referred to Michael at Fremont Alignment to get the wheels aligned. I phoned Mike and he told me that he was available right then and there, and if I could come then, that he'd be able to complete the job in about 30 minutes at a cost of $59.95. I dashed on over and sure enough, he's a man of his word. He took me immediately, test drove the car to get a feel for the alignment, and came back and put the car on the rack. 30 minutes later he provided me with a print-out that he explained to me. He showed me where my alignment had been off, and after his alignment services, how everything is all aligned now. He recommended that I rotate my tires every 8,000 miles for maximum alignment. My 2015 Jeep Wrangler had alignment issues since the first day I owned it. I went thinking getting a car alignment would fix my car from shaking on the freeway when I go fast but then they really looked into it told me I needed a wheel balance as well, then they pointed out I needed new tires and rims since they tired worn out bad on the side and rim were bent. They also took the time to check out my brake pads and rotors and found out my pads were pretty bad and showed me. So finally they resurfaced my rotors and installed some high quality brake pads. I took out it on a test drive with one of the cool mechanics there and it stopped the shaking! So these guys help me save some money and a headache later on if I kept driving my car like how it was. $320 for car alignment, wheel balance, resurfaced rotors and replaced brake pads!! that's a great deal in my book read more

Finally found Mike again after he left the old location. Now he is just across the same parking lot as the previous location, at the BNP shop. Same old great service/attentiveness. He test drove my wife's Lexus BEFORE AND AFTER the alignment and make sure everything is as straight as an arrow. My wife took the SUV to another location last week and they royally F it up and cause to pull right all the time. Mike took care of it and even help me checked the suspension parts to make sure the SUV is safe. Now I refuse to go anywhere else for alignment. If you need an alignment, do yourself a favor and go see Mike, he will not disappoint you. read more

I just got new tires on my 2002 Expedition last night & needed to get an alignment ASAP. I called around 2:45pm & spoke to Michael (very friendly & professional)who said he'd be available around 3:30pm. The cost of the alignment was $20+ LESS than all the other places I called. When we hung up, no appointment was made, I didn't even give him my name. When I arrived at 3:30pm, another customer walked in right before me. I told Michael I had spoken to him about the Expedition. He told the guy who had walked in before me that there was one customer ahead of him but it would only take about 30 minutes, & proceeded to take my keys. The other guy had no problem waiting. My alignment was pretty bad so he had to do a little extra work but he still finished in about 30mins & charged the same price he quoted over the phone. The guys do an excellent job. I was here for an earlier alignment and they made sure to check the car before and after alignment to ensure it was fine. I was here recently because I drive through 680 everyday and was afraid that my car wheel may be bent. David who checked my car did a good job and assured me there was no problem with my wheels. I heaved a sigh of relief that I didn't have to spend hundreds of dollars to get my wheel fixed. Never take your car for alignment at this shop. I took my Audi after reading good reviews about Michael. But this guy has no clue about doing alignment. He spent only 10 mins on my car and was done. After driving I didn't see any difference and has the same issue of stearing pulling on one side. When I took my car back he wouldn't agree and asked me to get my tires rotation done . I had brand new tires with only 10 miles on them. He then asked me to drive 100 miles. When nothing improved I took it again and he again spent 10 mins and gave me the car back and this time alignment got even worse. read more

I had my car realigned by Mike and told that it was caused mostly by the worn out tires and that after I have my tires replaced he would checked again for free. A few weeks later, I changed my tires and had Mike checked out again and made some slight adjustment. He kept his words not charging anything. I never trust any of those grease monkeys to work on my car until today I found Michael. This guy is a seriously sincere, honest and courteous that I have been looking for for years. You know those guys who "sir" you this and that and pretend to be honest and at the end, rip your arms and legs off. He is the opposite.I am mechanical inclined and I know inside out of my car and every time I had to send my cars out for service (time, tools, parts, etc that I don't have), I know they are lying. MICHAEL IS A DIFFERENT BREED! I TRUST HIM. He did my alignment perfectly and then 8 months later I did a driveshaft replacement myself and I took it back to him for realignment, HE REFUSED TO CHARGE ME. No way!
