The classroom portion of the class is adequate. My daughter actually enjoyed commenting on the 70's clothing worn in the videos. The problem with the way they manage their business is really the driving portion of the class. Once you complete the classroom portion, you have to do 7 drive times, each lasting 2 hours. Sounds easy enough, right? Wrong. In order to schedule each of those class periods, you have to show up IN PERSON to the office at 2pm on Tuesday. People begin to line up an hour in advance. If you have other obligations and cannot show up to stand in line for two hours every week, you may call. BUT, she will not answer the phone until all the people in the office have been scheduled. So, you call and get a busy signal, and call and get a busy signal. UNTIL, Finally.. a person answers. Only to be told, sorry, all booked. Call again next week. Honestly, I've had better luck winning concert tickets from radio stations than scheduling drive times. My child took the class several moths ago and has only completed two drive times.
