He is not only maintaining great grades each school year, he has also been chosen to be part of the Gifted and Talented program at his school. The Kumon program truly embodies the saying "Where smart kids get smarter!" We are so pleased overall and look forward to him completing the entire math program over the next few years. It doesn't hurt that the owner of this Kumon is SUPER nice and is VERY accommodating with parents and their schedules too!!!

My oldest child attended for 6 years and loved it. This is the only location that does the "Kumon Bucks" reward system with the children. Brilliant idea and encourages them and teaches them economics! My kids would save up to buy items-- sports balls, a purse, yo-yos, neat pencil erasers, etc. This location also tends to keep students WAY longer than other locations. Wonderful! And you are offered more tutoring days, not just Monday and Saturday. You have way more choices! Love it. My children learned so much here. Don't even bother going to The Tutoring Center in Atascocita by the Baskin Robbins. My son lasted 3 months and learned nothing. Costs twice as much and tiny tutoring times. I give this Kumon an A+.

I found that the classroom schedules are acceptable. However, my dissatisfaction is with scheduling…read morethe actual drive time. Apparently the instructors set their schedule week to week so I can't plan any time in advance for Saturdays (which are convenient for busy high schoolers). When I do call in, the schedule is booked and no openings for Saturday of the same week. This process continues week after week. Also Thursday appointment times are 4-6, but Tuesdays are 3-5. Problem is my child is out of school at 2:30 so it's a mad dash to get him to driving class on time. I requested Tuesdays be set at 4-6 as well so they said they will make a "note" of my request. Just beware of the haggling and inconvenience of this place!!!

We practiced maintaining spacing and driving around the neighborhood. Mr OB (I didn't know how to spell his name) he was very patient and took the time to show me how to parallel park, where my blind spots are, and helped me progress from driving around a neighborhood to driving on the main roads. On my last class day Annet helped me progress from main roads to driving on the highway, something I wasn't initially comfortable getting on but with her help and guidance felt better at. I truly recommend all of these instructors to all and any who want to learn how to drive in a safe and positive learning environment. The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient, they want to help you understand and learn as much as possible. Thank you to all the instructors for teaching me!

The main reason we spent a lot of time on this campus is because this is where Barbie has done a lot of her long marathon distance type running. They host a lot of runs here on this beautiful wooded campus and it has so much greenery that it's pretty amazing to be honest. Definitely one of the prettiest campuses in the Houston area, and they have a hell of a lot of greenery which is just gorgeous. Better than having blue-ery anyway.

Re: STEM program, engineering The professors do not care…read moreabout the students and most are not good teachers. They expect the students should know engineering when they enroll. The professors do not allow the students to have conversations with them. They scold and blow them off. Is there a financial incentive for the professors to fail students so they have to enroll and pay for classes again? These narcissist professors are failures at the expense of highly capable students being poorly taught by them. I am so angry and disapointed. They are unprofessional at best. I want to file a complaint with Texas Higher Education and find a way to get the word out about this institution. Attend University of Houston. Their grading scale is more reasonable, and you can talk with your professors!
