**Kid Review** This was a recommended ice cream place so as a kid I really wanted to check it out! Pros: There were a lot of flavors and toppings to mix together. It was fun to watch them pour chocolate milk on a cold stone, and it was satisfying to have him scrape the thin sheets into delicious rolls of ice cream! It also was fun to watch him stuff a flame toasted marshmallow and other toppings into our cup. Cons: The menu was difficult to understand. I also couldn't really tell what the cashier was saying so it was hard to order. My Mom thought it stunk like sewage inside but I couldn't smell it. I would say 3.5 my Oreo ice cream wasn't bad. My bf had a key lime flavor and i could only taste the lime. Like strong lime flavor more than the other ingredients. I loved mine, but the pricing is a lot for two small bowls of 6 pieces of rolled ice cream. It wasn't bad overall just pricey. read more

This is another case of 5 star experience, 3 star food. I love the flavor options and the novel ice cream experience this brings for those who haven't been able to try it before. The staff was kind and patient, and watching them create the ice cream right there was mesmerizing. I probably watched more intently than was fair to be honest. It was that fun! I enjoyed my flavor, but it reminds me of the flavor you get from ice cream made in a coffee can or rolled in a bag of ice if you've ever tried that at home or at school. Not the creamiest or richest to be sure, but fun and good in it's own right! I would definitely suggest letting it melt slightly to make it easier to eat. This is over-priced gimmick ice cream. For $8 a cup, you'd expect some top notch stuff but you're really paying for a live cream-freezing show. Which is pretty boring. Anytime we get something unique from another culture in Tulsa, I'm always super excited to try it out! When I was in Thailand, I had rolled Ice Cream like this once. It certainly wasn't a common thing in the land of smiles. While Freezing Cow's ice cream looked the part, it certainly tasted much different. That said; the difference isn't necessarily a bad thing. This ice cream definitely had more cream, and it was much sweeter. I would probably consider this more of a Thai Fusion Dessert than authentic Thai food. But that's probably a strength for this establishment because they put their own twist on it. I ordered the Thai Tea & Lychee Ice cream with lychee and melon toppings. The thai tea ice cream had a subtle sweetness to it. I typically love lychee, but the fruit didn't taste incredibly fresh, and I'm not sure I liked the combination of flavors. My wife ordered the Green Tea & Strawberry Ice Cream with kiwi as a topping. Hers was quite good. The green tea ice cream wasn't too sweet and the kiwi tasted very fresh. My sister got the S'more ice cream with a toasted marshmallow on top. It was very good. I look forward to going back and trying either peach or chocolate banana. (That is; if the crowds die down. It's a fun place to come get a treat, but not probably anything I'd do often. It was kinda pricey and while it was good, nothing to really rave about. But then again, maybe it had to do with what I ordered? I had the Cow's Latte, coffee ice cream with condensed milk. It was the least creative of all the choices so maybe I need to venture out of my comfort zone. I will try again, but at $6.50 a pop, probably not any time soon. Okay so for $5.99-&6.99 for cup of hand rolled home-made at that moment ice cream. It's all about the experience, which was a little chaos upon entering Bc it was a packed house. One line to order, one line to watch the process being done. Every order is made to your request. Lactose intolerant and this ice cream felt so light on my stomach and mild irritation. But it's neat go check it out, the lobby tables was not cleaned or wiped Enough and everything was sticky . Maybe put wet ones- wet wipes on the tables instead or get the staff out there cleaning more often while controlling the heavy flow of customers. Kids will love it read more

This place is so cool! I have never seen ice cream like what they have. Unlike other ice cream places, the ice cream isn't scooped out of a container. It is poured as a liquid in the ice cream flavor of your choice onto an icy cold table mixed with chocolate or strawberries, etc. and mixed around until it becomes a solid into 6 flat rectangles. It is then rolled lengthwise and placed into a small paper bowl with toppings of your choice and it's really good! There's also sticky notes you can write or draw whatever you want while you wait in line and then you stick them to the wall along with hundreds of other sticky notes from other people. There was a line all the way to the door both times, but it moves fast. The girl at the register didn't do a good job explaining to us how it worked the first night, but once I understood...game on! My husband and I visited with friends on a Thursday night after dinner. The line was pretty long but it gave us time to look at the menu. The selection was really good with combinations that would appeal to anyone. My issue with this place though was how long it took to receive our order after paying and the temperature of the restaurant. They were busy, I totally get that. And it takes awhile to make each order, I get that too. I guess it just felt longer because the seating area was warmer than any other ice cream shop I have ever visited. Ever. And the tables were filthy - they had packs of wet wipes up by the register so I grabbed one to clean our table off. There were 4 people making the ice cream orders, and you could stand up at the windows and watch them, but I decided to sit and wait instead. Hubby noticed the ice cream base was sitting on the counter un-refrigerated which made him nervous, but we did not get sick or anything. The other couple with us got their order and something was missing from it. We ordered right behind them and other orders were being handed out before ours, so hubby went up to investigate. The worker was polite about it - they were waiting for someone to toast my marshmallow. Each order has several rolls of ice cream, with stuff mixed in, but they give you the option of 3 things to add on top. I didn't see the point of the extra items but oh well. It's a pretty big serving of ice cream so you might try sharing one with someone, unless you are a big eater. read more

Meh. The ice cream has no flavor. The setup of this shop is very odd. You order then they make your ice cream which is opposite of most shops. The ceiling is painted black which makes it look dark and like the ceiling is caving in, the lighting is also terrible. Tables were all mostly dirty and there is not a single employee to clean up tables so you're left with hunting down an empty dirty table that you have to wipe yourself. There's post it notes everywhere all over the walls which make no sense. The concept of the ice cream is nice, but nothing new. Ince cream had no taste just tasted like paper. Even Blue Bell tastes better. I wish they would work on the upkeep and maintenance of this place or it will end up shutting down. read more
