The ice cream was pretty good--we tried the amaretto cherry, the Pot Hole, and the Sea Turtle. I loved the inventiveness of the last two. The place was packed when we were there and the guy that was working was swamped but he was efficient and had a great attitude. A classic creamery! What a great little gem! This place has the look and feel of an old ice cream shoppe. My family decided to stop in the other day, since we've driven past so many times. The small shop could probably only accommodate 8-10 people standing. There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. My kids were super excited to get their scoops, and I opted for a shake (which can be made with any of their ice creams). This is the perfect, quaint, nostalgic little ice cream shop (and more)! The homemade ice cream is smooth, creamy, and delicious. You can try as many flavors as you'd like. There are so many specialty candies, sodas, and candy from my childhood. A room is set-up to watch a movie and play games. There is also a space off to the side that sells local merchandise. My only regret is not coming here sooner. We will stop here every time we are in the area! Lastly, service is amazing! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and interactive (even remembered us when we stopped by on our way out of town the next day!) This is such a cool place! We need something like this in Edmond!! So this beautiful ice cream gem is in Jenks, Oklahoma! It's in their downtown area, soo absolutely charming! They have incredible unique ice cream flavors you just don't find in this part of the country. Whenever I am lucky enough to find Superman ice cream, I buy it. Now be warned. This ice cream is expensive. Do I care that it is? No, I don't. I don't care at all. I'm honestly used to paying more for unique ice cream, as I have visited other unique places in my travels! I wish I lived in the area so I could take a pint home with me to graze on later. This isn't the same flavors you will find in Michigan, but it's still really good and I enjoyed it enough that I will absolutely be coming back for more when I get the chance. read more

The ice cream is absolutely delicious! My husband and I were looking for a new little place to take our little girl after we went on a hike, ice cream sounded perfect! This is the cutest little shop we have ever been in! They have a whole back room with board games and a tv which was playing Toy Story when we came in, I can't recall his name, but the lovely man who served us was just the best! There are several different ice cream flavors (16 I believe) that range from original chocolate and vanilla to caramel, peanut butter and coffee flavors as well! They are very open to allowing samples if you are unsure what you want to try, and are great at providing suggestions as well! The shop itself is in the heart of downtown Jenks and is absolutely adorable with an old school feel, ice cream cone statue out front, and even some retro candies and sodas! You can make floats, Italian sodas (try pomegranate and mango together, it's amazing!!), milkshakes, sundaes, or just grab a scoop or two in a cup, cake cone, or waffle cone. They even have a variety of candy toppings you can scoop on top for just a few cents more. The people here are extremely helpful and friendly, and we are so excited to go back! Cute little candy/ice cream shop. The selection is pretty minimal for both but that's to be expected in a downtown shop in Jenks. I stumbled in here after a lunch next door at George's Pub. Be careful when you enter, there's a bit of a drop off from entrance to store. In the ice cream shop they have 12 different flavors with about 5 being unique flavors. My friend asked if she could try a sample and the old man acted a bit like she asked if she could try a scoop of each, almost like we were weird for asking. We tried one each and then he was quick to quip "alright only one more" like we have been sampling all day. No biggie, rules are rules but at other locally owned ice cream shops I've at least got a few samples without getting the stink eye. I had the mocha almond fudge and my friend had the sangria sherbet, both tasty but not very creamy. Right next to the ice cream shop is the candy store but I'll be honest the selection was pretty weak. One self wall with some candy and some baskets with taffy, the taffy selection isn't terrible. The staff was nice enough, not overly friendly but not rude. The bare selection is the only thing keeping this nice little shop from 5 stars. If you are in the area check them out! read more
