The sealing around the vents needed improvement, which they did. The quality of the shingles are also good with Owens Corning Warranty. They started the project as soon as they stated. However, the skipped a day and went to another project without letting us know. Then they showed up late the next day. Communication was challenging: no answer most of the time, had to leave numerous messages. The pricing was good overall but they charged $60 for a 2X4 when we did not even use the 3 sheets of plywood included in the contract. One was away on vacation for a month, got back to me weeks later. One company came by, but could not get a written quote out of them. Two never called me back. One had so many bad reviews I didn't call. In all fairness a few others would have done the job BUT Scarlett and Chris with A Better Fence Installation, LLC were wonderful! They were friendly from the start, immediately met with us, got us a written estimate immediately and we worked out terms and start date. They were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls! Very busy people so started a bit late, but they worked VERY hard virtually around the clock to get our job done. 230' of 8' wood fence, no small chore. Their crew worked tirelessly, diligently and always in a good mood even working in the dark and the rain. Just REALLY good people. Do yourself a HUGE favor and save time and money and don't bother to call anyone else!
