They did not make the damage right and were downright rude when made aware of the damage. DO NOT use this company to move.

Was quoted a price of $4000 to pack furnishings of a 3 bd room home and another $6000 to move it…read more300 miles away. Agreed on the packing and found another company that would move it for $2100! Day of the packing comes and first one member comes in who had previously been to my home, saw the belongings and even took pictures and acted shocked at the amount of items. Told he needed more people and would return in 2 hours. 5 people show up and again another person comes on to go over pricing again. Told us they would need to take some items today and be back in a week for the move. We specifically told and had agreed on just the packing. So he had to go outside where he " called his manager" as we heard them laughing and he comes back saying the $4000 we agreed on to pack wasnonly if we agreed to move using them! Then he said it would cost more if they only packed to which we kindly said No, he was probably shocked but i would rather pack by myself than be blackmailed into paying another already agreed upon price. I recommend not using them or get everything in writing because there word is sh@t.
