Had friend helping when didn't find the key rode together back to find the key. After accessing unit and upon leaving couldn't start the Jeep. When noticed one of the latches were off! Then battery cable was disconnected! Staff were nasty! Accused not having a rental leaving the vehicle there for no longer then 5 minutes! Huge drama ordeal. Very nasty staff to touch private property and disconnect battery over a missing a key being misplaced to get into the unit. Had an active account at a time pulled over to answer my phone or something didn't even park in a spot get approached by nasty attitude! Private property. Do you have a lease here? What's the number? What's the name on the account? All the while that answered still wasn't satisfied wanted to proceed to take a picture of my vehicle and tag threatened to call the cops bc didn't want to answer anymore questions wasn't plan on being long was on the phone handling a matter for a few seconds couldn't even do without being harassed. Pulled in here within 60 seconds my window was approached aggressively a wave or an acknowledgment wasn't going to suffice this lady. Answered her rolled down window said hi there just be a moment thank you. Literally live close by, meeting public place for a moment to give item to someone off market place. Didn't sit there for 5-10 minutes or 30 minutes. Literally was within 60 seconds of backing in and placing car in park my vehicle was approached. No answer or reply is satisfactory to nasty manager living there rent free to rent out lame units. Began to immediately make accusations that I was being defensive that ticked me off, answering your bs questions turns into I'll call to get you trespassed and call the police. Call them do what makes you happy. Just be a few seconds and leaving thanks. Literally leaving for work ect not changing meet up place not harming anyone or anything by being 60 seconds. Had to tell guy pulled in to get baby item let's hurry this lady flipping out over nothing literally just parked before you pulled up couldn't ask for better timing! As she already Walks off to get her cell phone briskly comes back takes pictures of my tag and re approach me as saying thank you and leaving to guy she's within my personal space very aggressive staff!!! Never rent from here! Go to any other location but this one!!!! Don't turn AC on during the summer! Rates change! We had a unit here for a month, but then moved over to a different place on Dunn Avenue. The location on Dunn isn't as nice as this one, but the rates here at Atlantic Self Storage were significantly higher, which is the reason we changed locations.
