If you just have questions they'll answer and probably in more depth than you expect. I was looking to purchase a specific plant but the freeze hurt their outdoor plants too. They protected what they could but life happens. Anyway, I explained how the freeze got to my plant and was told how to determine if its still alive and what to do to help it recover. They're right off the Pulaski exit of 295 so they're 30 minutes or less from most places in Jacksonville.

About 3 years ago, I bought four beautiful trees from Southern Tree Farm and had them planted by…read morethe company. Two trees were in small containers and they have done wonderfully well after planting! However, the two larger trees have struggled for three years and one of the trees is slowly falling to pieces. The one that is clearly going to die had a cut main root when it was planted. I was told by the staff that it would live if it survived the year. It survived but is not going to be here by next year. The other large tree is struggling but might make it. I've recently read that when planting trees from containers you must unroll the root ball. I know this wasn't done and I suspect it is the main problem. The dying tree can easily be rocked back and forth and could probably be pushed over. The roots have not spread out. I've used other Shaw service with good results but I don't think I will in the future.

Im so addicted. They have an area now that has chickens and pigs and medicinal plants growing. It's just a whole experience to go.
