I decided to have them clean it as well since they were going to press it. Paid $48.30 for both. The duvet cover came back more wrinkled than when I took it in. It actually looked better when I took it in than after they serviced it. I complained immediately and was told that they steam it, and if I wanted it pressed, I would have to do it. I ran some errands and went back in. I was so mad. This time I was told that it is not going to look any better. I don't know how they cleaned it, but It looks like they took it out of the dryer and hung it on the hanger. At least they didn't shrink it. Simply put, they are a terrible place to take your clothing and when you point this out to them, you typically get one of two responses: Either we're sorry and they do nothing or your clothes were like that when you brough them in. Unacceptable. So, there's a laundrymat in the plaza by Wee Pub and the Theater which sends drycleaning down to Jacksonville to be done. So far, they have done a fantastic job and their prices are better than Classic Cleaners. As I write this I'm thinking of thousands of dollars in ruined clothing! Pretty angry.
