We started having issues with them not always picking up the trash. Would call customer service, after big run around, would finally send a truck to pick up. Since Novemeber they habe left 1 can full each week. I have called and left messages, I work till 5:30pm, nobody would call back. I finally got hold of a person, Wendy, she personally guaranteed that it would be picked up last week. They were a day behind due to New Years. Saturday came. They picked all but the same damn can Again! I called and left a very pointed message that I wanted the trash picked up on the Monday and a phone call stating they had received my call. Monday came and went still no pick up. Called them Tuesday morning and canceled service explaining that Wendy, whom I was talking to, guaranteed it would be picked up. She proceeded to tell me that I talked to another Wendy and she was sorry about it. She had a rude snippy attitude. I told her that after my trash was picked up today, 10 Jan2020, that I was canceling service. This morning everyone around meds trash was picked up but mine, all of mine, was still sitting on the side of the road! I called and told Wendy that I wanted it picked up today. She proceeded to argue with me that they hadnt' picked up my street yet. I told her that every other can had been picked up and mine were still full. Then she said well because you are canceling service on Monday, they won't pick up today. Now I'm Hot! I told her if it wasn't gone when I got home today I would hand deliver to their office tonight. My daughter has reported it is gone finally this afternoon. I wouldnt use this company for trash removal if they were the only company left!
