Fast forward to monday and still not picked up. called and they said they showed it was picked up sat. (Not). i asked for the supervisor William Parks to call me to discuss. Ignored as i knew i would be. Pretty sad for such a large company and only asking for communication which is not that hard. I understand things happen but a simple conversation is not that much to ask for. Sad !!!

And without surprise, their attention to phone calls is equal to their attention to trash pick up. Call, wait, a phone rings and rings a rings. No answer. Worst company for service, and then, on top of all of this, the serviría paid for via taxes. We all should have a refund given the lack of and poor service we in jacksonville have received, and this can no longer be blamed on COVID it's time to release that excuse and your contract with the city should not be renewed. Our rate has climbed and climbed and is now 4 times what other companies are charging. When we called to cancel our service today so that we could go with another company, we were told out contract had been auto renewed for ANOTHER THREE YEARS!!! Seriously??? Who would want to auto renew ANYTHING for THREE YEARS!!! So now we will have to talk to our attorney to see what our options are. But quite frankly, I'd rather give my money to a lawyer rather than this horrible company.

Very cool place. My son is pretty industrious and he has been saving aluminum cans and bringing…read morethem here for the last couple of years. A few dollars for a couple of trash bags full of aluminum cans is a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, we had to get a new AC unit in March and my son decided to scrap the old one for copper and metal. It was allot of work and he still has more to go. We went in yesterday to turn in about half of the scrap and my son got a quick bit of cash. Not too bad for stuff just laying around, plus he is learning the major benefits of recycling and the importance of it to our planet. Don't come here looking for friendly conversation. This is a rough, down to business group of people. Much respect though to these hard working individuals. If you have scrap metals or aluminum I would recommend bringing it here.

Had a very heavy armoire that they were able to move using a dolly. Very professional and careful not to do any damage while moving the furniture. They have a large truck that fit all the pieces I needed moved. Came on time and finished the job quickly. I would definitely call them again for any of the services they offer.
