This has been the worst service, yet the website shows only positive reviews. I have waited 6- weeks for my yard trash to be picked up. I called today, the 800- numbers only to be shuffled and placed on hold for over an hour; finally I was given the jacksonville number, can you add another hour...I guess the ENTIRE company is out to lunch at the same damn time...because the 800 number doesn't service jacksonville; they have to be called direct. And without surprise, their attention to phone calls is equal to their attention to trash pick up. Call, wait, a phone rings and rings a rings. No answer. Worst company for service, and then, on top of all of this, the serviría paid for via taxes. We all should have a refund given the lack of and poor service we in jacksonville have received, and this can no longer be blamed on COVID it's time to release that excuse and your contract with the city should not be renewed. READ THE FINE PRINT!!!! They say I signed a three year contract for a dumpster. Ok, fine ... I honestly can't find a record of receiving the docusign they say we executed the contract through. That was 4 years ago. Our rate has climbed and climbed and is now 4 times what other companies are charging. When we called to cancel our service today so that we could go with another company, we were told out contract had been auto renewed for ANOTHER THREE YEARS!!! Seriously??? Who would want to auto renew ANYTHING for THREE YEARS!!! So now we will have to talk to our attorney to see what our options are. But quite frankly, I'd rather give my money to a lawyer rather than this horrible company. read more

I have a commerical account with this company. They are the absolute worst. Their equipment breaks all the time and then they want to take a week or more to repair. Meanwhile we've got trash piling up on the ground creating a environmental hazard read more

This is the worst company to sign a contract with. They do not forfill their obligations to keep Jacksonville clean of rodents and free loading illegal dumpers, in fact they set Jacksonville up for such dirty and filty "waste removal," then bill for not doing their job. Horrible. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would! Waste management is the worst garbage collection company in the world!! I have footage of their inept collectors picking up my can and putting it in truck and riding off... my trash bin!!! AND the recycling bin has been on the curb for 3 solid weeks because I cancelled it numerous times but they have neglected to pick it up. So in summation, the can I need for trash is gone but the recycling bin they should have picked up MONTHS ago... still here!! guess where the garbage will go?? I hope they have garbage recycling because thats what will be in that bin... I called and gave them an opportunity to make it right. Bring me a can asap or I can buy my own and you credit my account for the money I spent... they are so money hungry and ridiculous, neither of my solutions made sense so I started service with another company. If the rating can be zero star, I would be doing it. Their service is bad, they skipped you without any notice and not show on the pick up schedule, you have to wait maybe another 5days to be pick up, doesn't matter your container is full or not, no matter you call or email say this is urgent , they always just say we will do it ASAP try best to be there by today, but always gonna be another day. Even you have lock the price but every year they increase the service charge. Even when contracts is expire for years , they still won't let you cancel it . Stay away ! read more
