Storage unit monthly rates were reasonable for the sizes we rented and access was never an issue. When it was time to move to our new home in St Marys Hippo Moving went above and beyond to help us with prompt scheduling and an amazing crew of young men who worked great as a team and handled the move with efficiency and care. After half a dozen bad moving experiences our standards and expectations were low. The Hippo team was superb. We can't recommend them highly enough. I didn't get estimates from any other companies because we were so happy with our experience to date with Hippo. For the amount of work they did over two days and with the care and attention they paid to our possessions AND a brand new house, we feel the price was reasonable.

By far the manager or whatever the title is "Renee" at this establishment has made our experience miserable. It's really sad when an establishment can't treat the paying customers with respect. I really hope not only people read this but management of this company and understand that the people that work for them are doing way worse of a job then they could ever imagine.
