I assume the quality is superior based on the prices that were quoted. Appears I also need a structural engineer to decide how to build a deck 10 feet from the ground. Cover Roofing was the only company that took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and look at the details. They noticed significant storm damage and successfully ran the job through insurance which saved me a significant amount of money that I didn't have available at the time. Brad and Blake were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The entire process, planning, demolition, installation, and cleanup was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the job site was kept clean throughout. I highly recommend Cover Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, detail-oriented, and dependable roofing company.

Several plants weren't properly installed--some were barely buried or just sitting on compacted soil under the weed fabric. I had to replant them myself. They extended a bed beyond my property line without asking, broke irrigation lines (which I had to find and report), and didn't water in the new plants. The sod they laid was mostly to fix my neighbor's yard after their mistake. I didn't want a confrontation--I wanted a job well done. But looking at their replies to other critical reviews, there's a clear pattern: no accountability, just excuses and personal attacks. You can make your own judgment from that. I could add more detail, but I just want people to be aware of the poor workmanship. The job looked fine in photos but failed under basic inspection. I gave them a chance to fix it--they didn't.
