The food offerings include appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, noodle bowl, fish & chips, curry, and meat or veggie pies. The place has the cozy bar section with bar counter seating and high top tables in front and a dining room section with regular tables. I stopped by The Falconer in Beverly recently for lunch. I sat up at a high top table in the bar area and was given menus to look at. The place wasn't very busy, so the server was very anxious as he brought over some chilled water in a glass jar. I ordered the Savory Beef Pie ($15 plus tax), which served in about 8 minutes after ordering. The plate of food had the beef pie which had a baked thick flaky pie crust filled with tender savory beef stewed with storm door porter, onions and spices, good flavors, but not a very hot temperature. This pie was served with golden chips (thicker fries hot and crisp) and mushy peas. I used some HP Sauce and malt vinegar for the chips. I finished up my food and the server was right there to ask me if I was all set, which I was. The check was $16.05 with tax and before tip. Overall, the food was pretty good and the service was prompt. The server did sort of hover closeby a few times since the bar area is very cozy.

If you haven't had mushy peas, it's a traditional British side dish. I don't even like peas and I ate it. The falconer burger was juicy and delicious. You will definitely need two napkins. The hummus plate had freshly made plain hummus, black bean hummus and red pepper hummus. The pizza was excellent as well. They have a fantastic beer list featuring Riverwalk Brewing Co beers and a decent wine list. We will definitely be going back again!

When I told him it was my mother's emotional support animal he said, they're not allowed. I have taken this same dog to this park at least twice and it was never an issue. She has a special collar and identification, we even have a doctor's note. I don't get the fuss and bog deal... In my mother's case, she has PTSD, it's crucial for us to have the dog at all times. If you're an animal lover and cannot leave the house without your service animal, do not waste your time and/ or your $25. This parking fee of what people pay to park at amusement parks lol Never again.

Not sure where a public park gets off charging such outlandish fees. Endicott Park in Danvers is only $4 on weekends and holidays. I could justify the spend if I were going to spend at least a half day here, but I have a toddler who is going to play for an hour to an hour and a half max. I feel the fees should be well noted so unsuspecting people don't drive here, because like most of the North Shore where neighborhoods and streets are very old it isn't quick and easy getting here. The high rates are probably designed to keep certain people away...you can guess who that may be for yourself.
