This raises concerns about whether your company's policies are applied selectively. When I called Lori to address this, she admitted that the worker had indeed installed AC units for other tenants but insisted that the policy was being enforced in my mom's case. If your policies can be applied or disregarded depending on the situation or the worker's preference, that's a serious problem, and in my opinion, it's a form of discrimination. Moreover, it wasn't documented that Bob had left an open part of the window unfixed, even though he mentioned he would return to resolve it. This lack of accountability is disappointing.
