They were saying the absolute sickest sexist and racist comments I've ever heard from people at a place of business. Apparently they didn't want to give me the best price because of my accent and I didn't sound manly enough. I did confront the guy on the phone but of course he denied it, which is what guys like this do. Men like the ones at this company make this country a worse place. Shame on you.

Very fast turnaround time and great communication!…read more My company had a broken spring on a huge roll-up door in our warehouse. Since this was a larger project, I checked with multiple places and found the best price with Freedom Industries. Besides the competitive pricing, I really liked how professional and responsive Freedom Industries was. They responded quickly and there was never any pushy sales pitches, upselling, or ego with them at all! It was very simple to work with them. After calling them, they asked me to send them a couple pictures of the issue via text. After reviewing the pictures, they sent their team over to our warehouse to examine it. Then they were able to provide accurate pricing within a day. Also, unlike other places, that had a lot of other fees, their quote was all inclusive. Big thanks to the team at Freedom, with shout outs to Aaron, Matt, Ryan, and Nate. Thanks for getting the repair done so quickly so my warehouse could use the door again! I highly recommend everyone to check them out for any door issues, and I would definitely reach out again for future repairs and maintenance!

I submitted an online request for a job quote and heard nothing back. After two days I called them. I was told that they don't service my area. Ummm, OK then why the hell does it say serving the Inland Empire and specifically FONTANA on their website??? If they can't get even that detail accurate, I'm sure I don't want anything they're selling. Just ridiculous. Hey Short Load - How about fixing your website? Thanks for wasting my time you losers.

Holy moly! This is the ultimate molding lumber yard. They have tons of moldings, and many of it…read morecomes in 8 different wood species. They also carry hardwood flooring and other lumber. What really sets this place above in my book is that I went down there to buy 10 feet of white oak quarter round molding (the big box stores only seem to carry red oak). My order was $6 or something, but as I was waiting I started looking through their little molding handbook, in awe of the selection and fantasizing about what kind of crazy project I could do. The guy helping me noticed me browsing the catalog and gave me the big catalog, which I noticed after I left had a $25 price tag on it! The real kicker is the big catalog has not only all of their molding products, but it also has a project section with detailed drawings and pictures showing different configurations of wainscotting, coffered ceilings, and other projects. For each project they also show exactly what moldings are required to create that look. Looking through it I felt like Tim Allen in a frenzy, just oohs, ahhs, and grunts.

Waited about 15 minutes before "Carlos" took my receipt to retrieve my metal. I was standing there before several other customers arrived with their receipts. They handed their receipts to other dudes, but not to Carlos Well, those dudes all came and went with their purchases while I still waited. I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos. Time is money and Carlos could care less. Anyhow, quite annoying but glad I found the manager and he solved the issue.
