Absolutely Horrible Customer Service…read more I have never experienced customer service this rude and disrespectful at a laundromat. While doing my laundry, I used the hand-washing station to wash my shoes. I did not see any sign indicating that the station could not be used for shoes. An older gentleman working there approached me with an extremely rude attitude and told me, "Next time, wash your dirty shoes at home." I apologized and told him I would finish quickly and would not do it again. I had also seen other customers washing shoes and hats there before, so I genuinely did not realize it was not allowed. A few minutes later, he came back and angrily told me to turn the water off because it was "too expensive" and I wasn't paying him to use it. I explained that I was almost finished and politely suggested that they put up a sign clearly stating that the station is not available for customer use. Instead of simply explaining the policy, he became extremely angry, raised his voice, cursed at me, and told me to "hurry the f*** up" and leave if I wasn't going to obey. At that point, I decided I would wait for my clothes to finish washing and take them somewhere else to dry because of how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt. He then proceeded to curse at me again and actually stopped my washer before my paid time was finished. When I asked for my money back, he initially refused and laughed while telling me to figure out how to get the money off the card/washer myself. I eventually had to insist before he finally returned my money. He then proceeded to call someone on and ask to take a picture of me for braking the rules. I kept my composure calm until he started dropping F-bombs at me. I was not going to allow anyone to disrespect me in front of others. I understand that businesses have rules, and I have absolutely no problem following them. But there is no excuse for speaking to customers this way. A simple sign and a respectful explanation would have prevented this entire situation. This was, by far, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will absolutely not be returning and would strongly encourage management to address how customers are being treated at this location. Also, he was not just being rude to me... before this incident happened, he was already cursing and complaining under his breath saying people are so messy and dirty and that they don't know how to keep the location clean. Do yourself a favor and go wash somewhere else!!! It's also super expensive to wash here!

I didn't saw it and then she goes an points out the sign where it says no smoking and I'm like OK I didn't see that I apologize and then she says are you blind And I have already apologize for but this woman apparently was so angry enough that she needed to make me feel belittle by her or just not in her level or class and then she goes in sprite for locking the door treats me like a criminal. My clothes was left inside the laundromat. I have to argue with this woman to let me get my belongings and then she insults me and this all happened this month on December we're supposed to be a happy month. Let me say these people we are now old born with a golden spoon. We all work hard to honor our living, but just because a person doesn't look a certain way or doesn't wanna spend hundreds of dollars in namebrand clothes on namebrand shoes just to fit in with society, and what they consider acceptable. It's ridiculous and honestly, I don't know as a Christian. I know God would never look down on somebody who looks poor or who is poor, we supposed to give and be respectful and kind and have some sort of human inside of us and to be humble with others so let's try to spread love and not hate and let's be kind to others cause we don't know what others are going through. There is some guy emptying out the washers in order to fill up the change machine. At 8:15am on a Tuesday. Which means it hasn't been attended to since last week. My family used to service laundry mats in the 1980's. We used to go on at 3-4 in the morning as to not interfere with service to our customers. In addition to the prices for the washers going up every single week. I constantly see employees just standing around and talking in the morning. There is a female attendant there if that's what you want to call her constantly having visitors and sitting at a table and eating. Also the drivers always cone off several parking spaces so they can get their trucks in there and not have to walk any distance at all. There's a gym right next door so the parking spaces are hard to come by because we are dealing with the silver sneakers set. The water machine outside is constantly broken down and I have to pay an additional 10 cents per gallon to use my ATM card. The soda machine never gives you what you ask for. So far it's only given me diet cherry Pepsi no matter what button I push. The snack machine works sometimes. Pretty disgusted today!!!!!

Dryers were 25 cents for 3 min but they are heavy duty and I found out you really don't need that much time depending on your garments. You can easily add on more time if needed. Change machine available so all you need is cash. Folding tables were clean, wifi was working well, and attendant was super nice.

I took a pair off pants to get them altered and I told Rose that I needed them by a certain day. Well, when I went to collect them, she said they weren't ready and to come back tomorrow. Then I went back and she told me they couldn't find them. Then she started looking everywhere for them and finally found them in a basket. Well, that basket was for clothes that hadn't been started on yet. I held my composure and asked her to please have them ready for me, because I needed them the next day. She had finally gotten them done. Then, another time I took a gown in to have it altered. Again her daughter wasn't there. So, I asked her if she could alter my gown, because I was going to be in a wedding. When I picked up my gown and tried it on at home, one side of my dress was longer than the other, but I had no time for her to fix it, because the wedding was the next day. Now today 5/10/26, I went in to see if my pants and a dress could be altered. I asked Rose if her daughter is back from her vacation and she said no. I heard the lady she was attending say that the daughter wasn't coming back to the states. So, I just said "okay thank you" and I left to look for another place to do the altering.
