They charged me over $600.00 and finished the car in just one day, but the quality of the bumper repair was poor.Worse yet, when I got home, I discovered new scratches all along the passenger side and on the rear bumper. My car was in beautiful, pristine condition when I dropped it off. I am incredibly meticulous with my vehicle and only ever hand-wash it to prevent scratches. When I confronted the shop, they claimed the damage happened at a car wash.By law, I gave them the opportunity to polish the scratches out. They did a horrible job, and the damage is still clearly visible. The owner refused to give my husband our money back and was very defensive. If you care about your car don't take it to this business.

My insurance sent me here after I had been rear ended, all seemed good at first, they got my car in…read morequick. I had asked them to do an alignment on it because it wasn't steering properly and it's a brand new car with under 5k miles so I obviously wanted it straightened out. They said they would look at it and get it fixed up. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and on Friday they were calling me telling me the car was still missing a piece but they wanted me to pick it up anyway (yeah I'm not picking up an incomplete car just to fit their time quotas). They suddenly had the back ordered part it was missing a few minutes later and were able to complete it so I went and picked it up that Friday. The alignment was still off from first driving it away but I decided to have my dealership fix it when i went in for an oil change a few weeks later figuring they'd do a better job anyway. At the dealer I was told that my car still had a bent axel arm from the accident, something that them running an alignment immediately told them. So my question is did Minsers completely miss the $1700 of damage this was or did they find it and decide it wasn't important enough to fix (I'm not sure which is worse). I then called my insurance company and they told me I had to take my car back to Minsers despite my objections. I took the car back the day after the dealer found the damage and was told they would get it fixed up. After I had dropped it off I got a call from them informing me there were allegedly scratches on my wheel insinuating I had further damaged the vehicle not related to the accident. I'm not sure what was going on with that or what they were trying to pull but I obviously had not damaged my vehicle and the call ended with that. I got my car back today and it appears to be fixed and driving like new again which I appreciate (and expect). I looked at all of my wheels and there are no scratches to be found which is interesting to me as there we're supposed "fresh" scratches on a wheel. All in all yes my car is now fixed after bringing it to them twice. They seemed to use genuine GM parts which is also a positive. Although I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me and possibly scam me due to me being a young woman and not knowledgeable about cars. Pictures to show that the damage wasn't even that extreme.

I wasn't confident in doing it myself even though it looked super easy. So, I found a deal for this company at work. Originally they quoted me $100 for parts and labor because they said the bumper had to be removed. The dealership also said this, but when I took my car it they only charged me for the part which was $21.17. I can't thank you all enough for saving me money for such a small detail. The dealership tried to say "well we don't know what's wrong underneath the bumper. Bull crap it was just the reflector that was broken.

I own a Classic last year Cadillac Eldorado that needed a replacement hood painted. I was told the…read morepainter had 30 years in paint. When I got a call that my car was ready, to my surprise, the repainted hood was loaded with dirt that had been painted over. Instead of removing the front grill, it was covered over leaving a heavy break line. Worse than the incompetent painter, no one including the paint Manager found this to be a problem. I rejected it of course and informed them, that I expected better, to take their time and get it right. Weeks later I once again got a call to pickup my car. This time there were craters and dirt . Angrily I pointed this out to the person there, pointing out the issues. He said he would inform the paint manager Dan. A one Star because the painter did manage to get the paint on the hood. Finally I was abled to get my car out of that hell hole. The paint wasn't perfect, but it would only get worse with repeated repairs. Avoid this place if you care about your vehicle. Can you imagine a Paint Shop that would paint over a sanded Hood and not blow and tack off, as well as an alcohol rag wipe before painting and then get by the Body shop manager .

I haven't lived in South Lyon in over 10 years, and I still come here. Since my first "I got this…read morereplacement door from a junkyard, but I can't figure out how to replace it... can you help me?" way back 18 years ago, I've only regretted the one time I didn't bring my car here. The last time, my three-year old car came out looking about as good as the day I picked it up from the dealership. Not only had they fixed it in three business days, but they detailed the interior and exterior. And every time, the work is dead-on. I've never seen paint with orange peel, or colors that aren't perfect. Lucky me, they work directly with AAA, so there's no holdup waiting for an adjuster or hassles with claims, and if you rent a car from Enterprise in Wixom, you can drop if off here when you pick up your car. That's about as painless as things can be. Hopefully, the next time I see them, I'll be in to get my car detailed to sell (they really did an incredible job!) and not for repairs. Either way, I wouldn't hesitate to come come back.

I recently took my own car to Gerber's Collision, in Farmington Hills, and they were rather expensive, so for my husband's car, we drove the 25 minutes or so here instead. His car mirror also needed some work and Campbell's was able to give him a quote for that, too, so he had that done also. He was surprised by how fair the quotes were for both that and the paint work. I was able to get the initial quote via email from Campbell's, and they were easily reachable via phone or email, too. The work on his car took about a week and he's very happy with it. Something to note, their parking lot is under construction right now and is mostly just gravel - not a big deal but the entrance to the lot was moved slightly, I believe. Overall, highly recommend this company for your car needs.
