Had my car for 8 days. The 4th day he was finally able to look at it. My check engine light was on…read moreand needed an oil change. He suggested a whole list of things that had nothing to do with my initial visit. Also, the communication was not well. I told him to not go through with anything until I approve it. I just wanted to know what the warranty for my vehicle would cover but because it was covered, he went on ahead and started working on it, which I did not approve of. Then, once he changed the alternator, the radiator and the oil pump a few days, later my car overheated. Had it checked out, it was because the belt was not put on correctly and there was no water in the radiator or wherever water was supposed to be. Lastly, the pricing! They gouge your eyes out because they know you do not know what's going on and they're taking full advantage of that. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop. I'm not sure how they have so many good reviews on google.
