I don't like to diss local businesses, but . . …read more This company runs ads on Craig's List. That's fine, but when I called to inquire about one, their response was: "That was already sold a while ago.". Me: "Why is it still on CL?" "I haven't had time to remove it." Me: "You just wasted my time and yours." Disappointing -- I made the time to search for something, was interested enough to follow up only to find that it was gone. If the seller doesn't respect prospective customers enough to keep ads up to date before they get their business, you have to wonder how they treat people after the check is cashed. I'm really glad I called before wasting even more time going there. And how long does it take someone who regularly uses CL to delete an ad? A few clicks of a mouse/less than a minute. They get one star for answering the phone, but I won't bother to call again. There are a LOT of other car stores in the metro area.

Not only did they complete the work I requested, but they also went above and beyond by taking care of some additional maintenance that was needed. I really appreciate that they took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and make sure everything was in good working order. Another thing that impressed me was their timeliness. They were able to complete the work within the estimated timeframe and had my car back to me in no time. This was especially important to me since I rely on my car for my daily commute. The shop was quite busy when I brought my car in, but I found that it was worth the wait. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with their work that I'm planning on bringing in my other vehicle for service as well.
