I took it on the water 5x last summer. In the last outing I had trouble with the starter. Took them over 4 months to get a new one due to supply issues (fine). When installing they find the mechanic who installed the first one, broke the thread mold on the power head casing and used epoxy to hold it in. They ordered a used power head and changed everything over. Don't know the run hours. In the course of connecting powerhead to lower unit they left out 2 bolts and one fell out. Also, broke the cowling at every screw point on the case - claimed it was already that way. Sloppiest workmanship I have ever seen! Don't take your boat there for repair! No accountability at all.

Gave the shop a call at 3 PM and they told me to come on in and that they would look at it. Long story short, owner of shop, got to me right away and pinpointed my problem right away. Found a fuel issue and a water pump issue almost immediately. Staff very friendly and helpful. They worked at least two hours on my boat to solve my issues. Boat up and running and back on the lake the next day. Very reasonable, and seemed to have unlimited experience. He spared no expense in getting us back on the water. I would recommend him to anyone. We stopped by 4 times during "office hours" with no one there. I finally called the sheriffs department about picking it up because I was so irritated. We ended up not picking it up for another week but did get a hold of him finally after calling the day before to find out it still was not fixed. I will never take my boat here again. He does not call you back and doesn't respond to Facebook messages either. I'd give 0 stars if possible. We are taking it out tomorrow to see if it's actually fixed.

When we finally got our boat back with a "rebuilt engine" it was filled with mold. Took us two days to clean it up and it is mildew stained beyond repair. Our boat straps were gone. Then the first day we take the boat out, it stops running after about 20 minutes. Will never work with this guy again. He should be out of business.
