East Side Marine - Thanks Andy and East Side Marine

East Side Marine

I took my previous boat (that I had purchased elsewhere) to Eastside when it needed repairs. They…read morenever had any hidden costs, they always explained what they needed to do before they did it and provided me with options a varying prices when available. Because of how they treated me with those repairs, I knew that next time I purchased a boat it would be from them, and I was not disappointed. I just purchased a new Lowe Stinger 175c. Andy was thorough in explaining the model differences and the variations that were available. They didn't try to upsell anything at all. Deb had all the paperwork set out ready to go in advance and they made the process as quick and easy as possible. They are consummate professionals and have a customer for life in us. They responded to calls very quickly even when I came in twice before buying! They treat you with respect and are genuinely dedicated to making sure you enjoy your time on the water. Thanks East side Marine for an amazing experience.

I bought a used boat from Eastside. The motor had no more than 30 hours run time. Prior to agreeing…read moreto purchase, the boat needed a new starter which they installed. I took it on the water 5x last summer. In the last outing I had trouble with the starter. Took them over 4 months to get a new one due to supply issues (fine). When installing they find the mechanic who installed the first one, broke the thread mold on the power head casing and used epoxy to hold it in. They ordered a used power head and changed everything over. Don't know the run hours. In the course of connecting powerhead to lower unit they left out 2 bolts and one fell out. Also, broke the cowling at every screw point on the case - claimed it was already that way. Sloppiest workmanship I have ever seen! Don't take your boat there for repair! No accountability at all.
