Probably the best Dr I have ever been to…read more I have been seeing Dr Moodie for the past 3 or 4 years for a neurological condition. She's thorough, smart and has a very pleasant bedside manner. Appointments are never rushed, and every time I walk in, she is on top of my previous appointments, symptoms, test results, etc. In other words; she does her homework, takes the time to know her patients and genuinely seems to care. I have been doing very well since under her treatment, and pretty much, all credit goes to her her for keeping me ambulatory these past few years. Initially, I was probably not the best patient. As likely true with most any drug(s)/treatment, sometimes they can come along with a certain amount of risk for some nasty, sometime serious side effects. Dr Moodie has always made me aware of this--and not once was I pressured, or rushed into making a decision on any particular treatment. She always gave me the facts, urged me to look into it, and I was the one who ultimately who made the decision. I'd highly recommend her, and hope she never relocates.

From my very first visit, she has always laid out the information in a clear and concise manner and left the decisions up to me. I am very happy with Dr. Goldsmith who has given me excellent care for several years. He has the…read moreknowledge, patience, and creativity to care for with people with neurologic impairments. He works *with* me in the care plan. The MA who works with him is also kind and upbeat, making people comfortable before the appointment. It can be difficult to get through to the office, but I know that office staff is always overworked. As are the providers. (As I know from being a former provider there.) ........................................ The missing star is due only to Baystate's focus on the bottom line. The money that goes to the highest tiers of the business keeps providers needing to work with more patients with less time. if the administration took even a small cut in their own pay, decreased some of the middle management and held them to actually do their jobs (I've seen them take advantage of their relative lack of oversight by sitting around in various areas of the hospital) it could be a wonderful health care system.

Dr. William House should retire already being 75! His thoughts and diagnosis are questionable. He…read moredoes not care about his patients.... He is extremely RUDE, and has no regard for the people who really try to manage there health. I get Seizures and was told by him that his diagnosis is the one that goes and I'm not allowed to get a second opinion from any other doctor in his office! Even if they do see me, they will give me the same diagnosis as he did and won't do any further tests! He should not be a doctor, he doesn't care about helping or healing anyone. You stay sick, brings more money to his office, going to several appointments a year, but never a different diagnosis or any kind of treatment. IF YOU WANT A REAL DIAGNOSIS, GO ELSEWHERE, YOUR WASTING YOUR LIFE IN THIS OFFICE!
