Of course they are not thrilled with the food because they are always given food without any salt on it per doctor's orders. The hospital is always clean too. As an RN with years of experience working in hospitals, I'm very impressed and grateful for the excellent care my parents have received here.

I Kept asking for ativan and the nurses joked to each other about me asking for it saying "They needed ativan". Anyways, as I was saying, the chime on the wall was accompined by a call asking for an ambulance in code. It took her asking like 20 times when I was on the verge of passing out for them to transfer me to a place that was like 5 minutes away, Mount Sinai. The EMT girl on the way hit my arm and left a bruise, when I told her I was nauseous she ripped open an alcohol swab and stuck it in my face, acting like I was a know-it-all saying, "Oh I thought you knew this" she then said she was gonna "sit This was an absolute nightmare, my mrn number was 1835555, and when I was admitted I was in crisis. A police officer from the floor underneath the room they locked me in due to covid said he wanted to "Shoot me in the head 5 times" and all the staff heard. The staff then assured me he "got a call" Quality of care was very neglectful, save for one male nurse. The type of care: They Straight up told me they were doing a "rapid taper detox" Off my benzos I had been taking for 5 years. When I told them I know tapering too fast off benzos can cause brain damage and that I knew depression was mostly situational they didn't care. This was April 5th of 2024, There were a few good nurses but they were mainly a male nurse and Julia, everyone from the front desk workers to nurses act like nothing is their job. There needs to be 1000% more accountability in these work settings, other countries aren't like this. Shout-out Matt and Julia. 1 star, I basically did everything myself at one of my weakest times of my life.

The only reason why I didn't change providers is because of Steven sales himself but I was ready to . I understand that I was the one who was late but considering the fact that I did have injuries and I was only 5 to 7 minutes late and I typically sent in the waiting room for 10 or 15 minutes I feel there should have been something that she could have done to help me .

My husband got a letter saying that his EEG was abnormal and that medication treatment is needed. Since we got the letter on Friday afternoon after office hours, I decided to call and press 0 to speak to a physician (since patients must not DARE leave a voicemail unless they are canceling an appointment). I considered this an urgent matter since the letter was so vague and my husband was now imagining the worst. The answering service woman spoke to me as if I was bothering her; nonetheless, she put me on hold and called Dr. Krinsky after I explained that my husband and I were simply anxious and worried and wanted clarification. When she got back on the phone, she said that she had just spoken with Dr. Krinsky and he said we would have to call on Monday. I get that doctors have days off too, but this man knows that my husband has been going through test after test, desperately trying to determine what is wrong with his memory and motor skills. This doctor should show some compassion and take five minutes out of his day to put my husband's mind at ease. Normally, potential doctors are aware when choosing their career paths that their jobs will not be the usual "nine-to-fives." If this doctor is too busy to be bothered with his patients' fears/ anxieties, then he should find a new career. I KNOW it is time for my husband to find a new neurologist.
