Of course there was the normal healing needed over a few weeks, but overall, even I was shocked how quickly I was up and about. They are so good about checking in, providing step by step instructions, both before and after, so I never felt lost or confused. The doctor (maybe was a PA) was detailed and thorough, not at all rushed. Very comprehensive. She took a holistic approach in addition to (not instead of) traditional treatment. She got me a brace right away with no delay due to insurance. I had gone to a different orthopedic urgent care in Rocky Hill 2 to 3 years ago for a similar injury, and that place didn't even get me a brace. They (the other place) said they had to wait for insurance approval. They never got the approval. Here they got me the brace right away, and called in my prescriptions right away, which seem to be very helpful. She (the PA) gave me some additional recommendations and important advice.
