They suggested x-rays and had them available to be taken immediately, but didn't pressure me at all when I said I preferred no x-rays. The doctor (maybe was a PA) was detailed and thorough, not at all rushed. Very comprehensive. She took a holistic approach in addition to (not instead of) traditional treatment. She got me a brace right away with no delay due to insurance. I had gone to a different orthopedic urgent care in Rocky Hill 2 to 3 years ago for a similar injury, and that place didn't even get me a brace. They (the other place) said they had to wait for insurance approval. They never got the approval. Here they got me the brace right away, and called in my prescriptions right away, which seem to be very helpful. She (the PA) gave me some additional recommendations and important advice. I seem to be getting much better. I don't remember the doctor's name, but the prescription bottles say M Wiggins.

From the first visit with Dr. Dugdale to the very last visit I had great service. He also uses a program FORCE which guides patients with exercises and information for before surgery on what to expect & post-surgery information. This was extremely beneficial.
