The subject matter was not HPPA relevant so her refusal to talk to me made no sense. She was, and from the sounds of the reviews still is, a completely uninterested, incompetent, dispassionate and dismissive human being. If health care providers were not in such short supply I doubt that she would have a job. Hopefully she will opt for early retirement.

I was in the exam room waiting for about an hour for a 2 minute conversation in which I felt brushed off and small - not what I want from a doctor. To make it worse she even interrupted me in the short time we talked to open the door and fix the printer because she could "hear they were about to mess it up" extremely rude and a clear sign she wasn't paying attention to her patient.

I just used this office for the first and last time for something other than my yearly physical. 2 stars is generous! I called Friday morning explaining that I was sure I had a UTI. The positive is they took me at 9:20am. Staff is friendly. Wait time was short. I saw someone in the office I'm not sure what her title was, I didn't really care I just needed an antibiotic. She typed on the laptop asked me if I wanted the prescription sent to ABC at location XYZ, which was correct. I leave the office and head over at noon to get my prescription but it wasn't there & the office is at lunch. The office never ordered it. I went the weekend with an UTI. The on call doctor couldn't do anything for me. I called Mon. 8:15 & was told it doesn't look like it was sent she will find out what happened & call me. At 9:45 I still hadn't heard anything. The 2nd person told me she'd put it on high priority & call me. At 10:45 still no call. The 3rd person I talked to said it was stuck in the pharmacy queue and she'd get it released & will call me. She actually called me back at 11:00 and said everything was all set. It was a painful process in so many ways. I will use the walk in clinic next time.

They made me figure where to go for an M RI and call to schedule it. They NEVER called my insurance company and when the insurance called them, 4 times, they never picked up or called back. I had to actually sign a waiver that I would have to pay for the MRI if they doctor doesn't get it approved. Once I got the MRI, Friday morning, the doctor never called me with results. I called on Tuesday and they said they still don't have them. I called the MRI and they said they sent the results last Friday. Call the doctor again and she actually told me to call and have them sent again. How about the office staff do THEIR job instead of me who is in so much pain not have to play phone tag between two offices. Just horrible horrible treatment of patients on pure laziness. And they cannot blame Covid because they are actually seeing less people cause they don't want the waiting room filled with people. This is their job and they just have this entitled attitude like their time is more precious then mine. STAY FAR AWAY AND FIND A DIFFERENT PRACTICE. and Susan Izzo should leave that practice because I am sure they don't treat her well either!

Every time we are there someone is complaining about something so I know it isn't just me. The time before last the woman on the desk hung up with a patient and called them idiots! I want to start off by saying that I have had very good care by the doctors at this practice over…read morethe years. However, the practice had three of its four doctors leave within a very short period of time (maybe a year), two of whom were husband and wife and left together. When the married couple left the practice, they did not replace them, despite having the same amount of clientele. I then switched to the other female doctor in the practice, who left a year or so after my previous doctor. Both of my doctors were wonderful. As someone with Type 1 diabetes who is still trying to manage it better after only a few years, I feel it is very important to have a doctor manage my care, not an APRN. However, the practice replaced this doctor with an APRN. The practice only has one doctor and an APRN, despite losing three doctors a few years ago. My last doctor there actually told me she left because she was working crazy hours and had young kids. I can't fault her for that. One doctor shouldn't be carrying the workload of two other doctors. Today, I went in for a last-minute appointment to get checked out and found out I have Lyme Disease. No offense, but that's the kind of thing I'd like to have a doctor look at, not an APRN. She briefly looked at the spot, and told me I had Lyme disease. No tests were done. I have put up with this place over the years, but I am very tired of it. I'd like to have a primary care doctor again. I plan to switch practices soon. My parents have also had many problems with the billing and they have been 45 minutes late (or later) on several occasions. That is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Perhaps the practice should finally hire three more doctors and get rid of its APRN. I would not normally do something like this, but I felt it was overdue and I wanted to let other people know not to go to this practice.

Very knowledgeable, sees everything going around so usually is "in the know" and is also soft spoken and a nice guy! He's usually able to quickly diagnose me when not feeling well - that's when and why I come here. In 2013 I came in with a mild sore throat I couldn't shake. Within 48 hours I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and seeing Radiation and Medical Oncologists. Later I learned many patients with my cancer are initially treated with antibiotics because of misdiagnosis. His proper diagnosis and speedy treatment arrangements may have saved me. Kudos to Dr. Friedman for that! Sometimes you can wait to see him longer than is appealing, but he's good and maybe that's why! For some reason I see more seniors here than any other age group but he does birth to death as far as I know. Hands down 1000% better than the new wave of walk-in clinics that feature higher co-pays and lots of nurses (APRN, RN, etc) but No M.D.'s!! Dr. Friedman's practice reminds me of the good old fashioned local family doctor that gets to know you and your family. I see HIM every time and also notice very little turnover in nurses and staff - another good sign.

If you are looking for an advocate for a health issue, this is not the place. Lab results took a month to complete, when I was told that they would likely take about 4 days. They were not willing to reach out to the lab. They were not willing to retest and send to a different lab. To them this is a job, not a passion. After being ill for over a month and coming in twice, with no progress (no new tests, no new medication, no ideas). The third time, I was late exactly 10 minutes because I was printing lab results that, had finally, just arrived (after approx 1 month) and I knew that they would not have them, and I thought it would be helpful to bring them. I was told that they have a late policy and could not see me. There was no one else in the office.
