If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered online, and got confirmation text of the order with the delivery time. When I called about my order that didn't get delivered her response to me was 'look lady I dropped off your order at your house'. She was super rude and argued with me for 5 minutes that she dropped it off at the address. I asked her to describe the house, and she couldn't. Then asked her where the front door of my house was and she said it was up a flight of stairs on the second floor and that is where she dropped it off. Since my door is not on the second floor I knew she was lying. Long story short she called several other times and left voice mails that my address was 20 minutes away, then it was 7 miles away and was out of their delivery range. I finally got ahold of a manager who originally told me the employee dropped off the food. He did finally realize that she was lying about the delivery and remade my order and delivered it. So two hours after ordering, 3 very rude voicemails, and 2 worse conversations on the phone i got the pizza and salad that cost $55. read more

Pizza tasted great! Delivery was early! Cheese great sauce great! Cannoli's were okay. They weren't filled all the way and you could tell they delivered it in the same hotbox as the pizza cuz they were all melted. If I could suggest something's that would make your pizza spot a 5 star.... Make your own whipped cream for your cannolis cuz I KNOWWWW that's from an aerosol can... Also, your ranch is not good. At all. I'm sorry! Make the ranch with hidden valley packets and buttermilk! Great spot with a great history. Son now runs the spot that his father started and the place is just as great. Pizza is solid and the service is fantastic - highly recommend you try this Oxnard classic. I ordered a Chicken Garlic Pizza, and it barely even had chicken, or cheese. Tasted awesome, but the chicken is lacking.. it use to be like 1/2 inch to 1 inch chunks.. and this thing looked like shredded chicken for tacos. I just recently moved to the oxnard area and I absolutely love pizza! I've tried Topper's because it's so well known, but I just discovered Freddy's Pizza. this truely is the best pizza by far. the owners are so friendly and accommodating. The ingredients are top notch. you can taste just how fresh they are. They offer several choices of thickness of their delicious home made crust. Yesterday, I ordered their BBQ chicken pizza but I asked them to subsitute the chicken for canadian bacon and add pineapple. The pizza turned out great! I should have known better. I thought I would give this place the benefit of the doubt but after today it just confirms I will not be coming back. This place used to be an Ameci's but clearly is nowhere near the same. The first time I went here the pizza had little to no sauce, and way too much cheese and was under cooked. I also ordered the antipasta salad, the meat was uncut and had cheese, not to mention was the lettuce was dripping wet like it had just been pulled from water. That meal was a total waste. Thought would give them another try today and get a Turkey sandwich. Again disappointed. For 10 bucks you would think you would get more than one slice of thinly cut turkey. Next time we want to retry the deep dish! The hot wings are decent but I prefer deep fried hot wings for that extra crisp. These hot wings are oven baked. But they are still very good!
