Apparently some delivery drivers either don't speak English, can't read & comprehend instructions (Also written in English) or don't really care about customer service or delivering orders properly. I've had Walmart delivery personnel actually drop off orders outside the building complex making the order accessible to anyone walking past the building. Pure laziness. Additionally, it's not fair to customers (especially retirees) to have payments immediately taken out of bank accounts, but refunds take nearly two weeks to be refunded. The management team here at this Target (Renton) needs to be improved. Here's how and why:…read more May 27,2026. I placed my order through the Target app the night before and selected curbside pickup for today around noon. Before arriving, I properly used the app to notify the store that I was on my way, as instructed. I arrived within approximately 10 minutes and parked in the designated curbside pickup area. I then waited more than 15 minutes without any communication, update, or assistance from staff. During this time, I observed numerous other vehicles arrive after me, receive their orders, and leave, while my order was completely ignored. Concerned that there may have been an issue, I called the store for assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, checking the status of my order, or attempting to help, he responded with: "Why don't you just go inside and get your stuff?" That response completely defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup and reflects extremely poor customer service. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay, provide an explanation, or make any effort to correct the situation. I understand that stores become busy and delays can occur. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. What made this experience especially disappointing was not just the wait itself, but the lack of accountability and the rude attitude displayed when I attempted to seek assistance. This experience left me frustrated enough to leave without receiving my order. I believe the employees responsible for curbside fulfillment and customer service at this location need better training in communication, professionalism, and customer care. * Addition Concern Regarding Incorrect Pickup Confirmation. To make matters even more concerning, after I left the store without receiving my order, I later received an email from Target at 12:11 PM indicating that my order had been marked as "picked up" at the Renton location. This information is inaccurate. I did not receive my order, nor did I authorize any individual to collect it on my behalf. I left the store dissatisfied after waiting without assistance and after experiencing unprofessional treatment from the employee with whom I spoke by phone. Receiving an incorrect pickup confirmation raises significant concerns regarding order handling, verification procedures, and accountability at this location. ** Customers should be able to rely on Target's pickup system to accurately reflect whether an order has in fact been received by the intended customer.

1 star for this Ross Store…read more I purchased a pair of pliers on May 12, 2026, and after a few uses, I returned it on May 28, because the latch broke--likely due to poor material quality. When I tried to return it, the staff member, Marcel, accused me of breaking it myself, despite my explanation that it was already defective. She even questioned why I hadn't returned it earlier, as if I would return a perfectly working item. This entire experience was unprofessional. Marcel's handling of the return process was poor, and I wish she had better training in customer service. Otherwise, she would probably be better suited in the back room organizing clothes, as she is simply not competent in serving customers. I'm sharing this with my 115 million Google readers to warn them. Because of this, I will not be returning to this store. Additionally, this woman took the defective plier and did not give me my refund. I was also not provided a new return transaction receipt showing the item was processed back into inventory. I was only given my original receipt, so I am unsure whether the return was properly completed in the system, even though the product was taken back. She just gave me the old receipt back and no money was given. Usually, after a refund the cashier would give a new receipt along with the old and the money for the refund. It's about $7.00, so I guess she can keep it, but I will not be returning. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a Ross location. What made the situation worse was the attitude and lack of professionalism during the interaction. Instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly or assist a paying customer, I felt like I was being blamed and dismissed over a low-cost defective item. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or accused when returning a broken product that clearly failed after normal use. I understand store policies exist, but there is also a proper way to speak to customers. A simple explanation, professionalism, and basic courtesy would have made a big difference. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly on the store's management and customer service standards. The worst service I ever had from this Filipino (Asian) woman.

Honestly as a 40 something year old who wants to remain forever young, I thought the choices here were going to be more senior citizen status. But who am I kidding, my shoe preference is definitely comfort over everything. However, I'll have to admit they had a pretty decent mix of styles. The gentleman helping us (who I assumed is the owner) was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. We talked about width sizes and how people think width sizes work vs. how they actually work. He suggested to measure my foot because people don't always wear the correct size shoe. In the end, What I genuinely appreciated was no pressure to buy. I was left at my leisure to look and ask for what I wanted. When I caught a boot that fancied my eyes, he didn't have my size in stock but came out with one size smaller and He brought it out and helped me put it on. What shook my inner soul was the fact that he was able to instantly slide the zipper up my thick ankles and calf. No hesitation, no resistance, nothing! I stood up and was amazed at the comfort. Even in a boot one size smaller than I normally wear. I wanted to buy that size but he was very concerned about the toe room and informed me about how much toe room I should actually have. So he said he could order my size and because they were in stock at the distribution warehouse center that was close, I would have the boots in 3-4 days. And as promised he called me and I had the boots in 3 days. I was also given good information on when to buy future shoes for different seasons. So that information was beyond helpful. It was good to hear when the good stock would be available. I had such a good visit and experience, I wanted to write my review quickly after my visit but decided I would wait until I picked up my shoes. I wanted to see if I would have the same experience and I did. In fact, the same gentleman was helping another customer who was a first timer and he was just as friendly with her as he was with me. And he didn't even get the sale but he treated her very genuinely. Boots in hand and took them home and they fit even better than expected. I can't wait to go back for more shoes. This review is specifically for the pharmacy and the workers in it. As a kroger employee/FM worker at another store, this pains me to write this because we are all in this corporation game together. I know the struggle. But this was really fucked up on a basic humanity level. I had just picked my girlfriend up from an abortion due to health issues. She was in a lot of pain but still really loopy. The clinic recommended we send our prescriptions here for pick up because they said it was the quickest option. They called them into the FM pharmacy before we left the clinic (around 11:00). This day was particularly hot -- my girlfriend can't stand up straight or walk cause shes so high and shes in a lot of pain still. so i stick her in the car with a milkshake to keep her company. Around 12:00 I rolled up to pick up her scripts. I entered and knew immediately that there was a vibe but I thought I would kill them with kindness and power through just so I could get the meds to my girlfriend ASAP. The guy at the front of the pharmacy was shorter and a bigger guy. I walk up to the guy there and he tells me that they received the call from the womans clinic but hadn't started to fill it. When i asked him how long it would take he told me he didn't know when he would start it, even though there wasn't a line or anything. I was confused but willing to wait. I told him my girlfriend was in a lot of pain and in the car so I was hoping to get them quickly. He said he would do it in the next 30 minutes. I leave and come back like 45 minutes later. Not done. At this point I'm antsy and so is my girlfriend. I ask him about it and he tells me another 30 minutes. I do some cleansing breaths cause at this point I'm cranky AF haha. I stood there for these next thirty minutes and just proceeded to watch him fuck with people and repeatedly have negative interactions with customers. It was a stomach churning power play. It was honestly really sad because it was so clear that this guy really enjoyed making people suffer. Went up to him a third time only for him to tell me 20 more minutes. I finally got another lady to fill them and went off on her about him but she just looked at me blankly. It was such a sad experience. -10/10 read more

This store appears to be under new mismanagement. They now close at 10pm which was news to me. But what is really new to me is that if you are in the middle of paying for your groceries at 10:05 pm, you will be harassed by a DIMWIT with white hair, a badge and gun. Instead of checking to see that my Club Card had been scanned and that my DEBIT CARD was in the chip reader and that I was still scanning groceries, he just walks up and demands, with a stink eye glare, to know "what's going on here?". I immediately flipped the F*** You very much attitude on and let him know what I thought of his approach. There was a attendant standing 5 feet away that was cleaning the other check stands. We were talking as I was scanning my last few items from a list that ran almost $100. And this PISSANT decided he wants me to hurry up and leave. To say I was angry would be a understatement. Apoplectic would be more like it. The jerk got a big piece of my mind on what a idiot he is before he slinked away. The attendant was apologetic and I felt bad for him. Unfortunately, when I got to the front door, The Jerk was there trying recover his dignity. Instead of apologizing, he tried to argue that he couldn't tell if I was a Customer or a thief. I guess the Boeing Security badge and shirt are a common disguise. Maybe he needs new glasses? To top things off, after accusing me with no cause whatsoever, he never asked to see my receipt or verify that I had not just ripped the place off. He just verified that his qualifications as a security guard were non existent. Given the current state of our country, he could well be the next director of the FBI. read more

This place is scary and dirty and I hope I never have to come here again. Once you come in, the lobby's floor is covered in coupons which from the looks of it have been there for several weeks now. The glass/plastic on the sliding doors are cracked and taped together. Not to mention all yellow from the years of not being cleaned. Shopping carts are old and falling apart. Cashiers are overwhelmed with lines and lines of customers, not being able to keep up. I waited 20 minutes at the cashier line as they were so understaffed on a Tuesday afternoon. Worst of all are the shoppers here, which I know is not something the store can control but I have felt so unsafe here. A good store for essentials like meat and vegetables, but the 'drugstore' element is really non-existent, I had a sore throat so I tried to get something there, but they only had two brands of anesthetic, which is not medicine and doesn't help anyone! Also no-one has heard of Electrolytes, which are essential for anyone living here because the humidity is so low! It is a sad day ln the neighborhood when the local grocery store feels as though it is necessary to threaten it's customers with armed guards to protect themselves from the "thieving hoodlums" who live in the community. The management must have a very low opinion of the people of Renton.
