When you walk into Nordstrom Rack, you'll either take the escalator or the elevator since everything is on the second floor. The store itself is huge, and they always have a lot of items on sale. I came in specifically looking for UGG shoes, but they were sold out everywhere. The associate, Aiden, was extremely helpful and kind. He went through every single aisle trying to find the exact pair I wanted, and even though they weren't in stock, I really appreciated how much effort he put in. The store has a big selection, especially when it comes to clothes. A lot of the items are designer pieces, yes, they're discounted, but most things still range from around $60 to $100, especially jeans and other clothing. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. I like this location. It's not the biggest Nordstrom Rack I've been to, but it still has a great selection, and it works perfectly for being in Totem Lake.

I never feel insulted and I donate those items rather than dealing with the other shops.

I called the boutique to enquire about this and they let me know that if I was unhappy, I could exchange it for store credit. They do not accept returns for refunds and they would not honor the MSRP price. However, if I had purchased the shirt from Purpose's online store then it would be eligible for refund.
