The chain is really delicate, so they did charge me $45 so that they could put another layer of gold over it to make it a bit more sturdy. I liked that they were proactive about that and let me know! They put great deal of care into measuring my wrist and making things just right. The bracelet was ready to pickup within a week and looks even better than how I left it! It fits perfectly and I am so grateful. They also have a VERY sweet dog who roams around the shop. I had a great time with the pup while they pulled up my order and info in the back.

However, the staff there told me there was no record of the gift card and claimed the gift card did not exist in the system after checking some index card file she had at the desk. She then questioned the origins of the card and told me to go get a receipt for the purchase of the gift card. Why do I need to present a receipt for the gift card I received as a gift? This was so laughably outrageous that I left. Don't patronize this shop, they take the cash from gift card sales and refuse to honor the gift card when you try to redeem it. It is a total scam. They take your money and pretend the gift card doesn't exist. I would not recommend even setting foot in this unreasonable store. ​​​​

She nodded, and we began looking around. Within a minute or two, a gentleman approached us again asking for our information. When we questioned it, he said it was for "security reasons." We asked what kind of security and for whose benefit. He replied that it was required by the franchise and that he was simply following instructions. We told them that we would not surrender our personal information just to browse and decided to leave. There were no signs posted anywhere indicating that personal information would be required upon entry. The entire experience felt strange and uncomfortable--frankly, it was weird.

I had a project vision and Marlow's helped me bring it to life. I had the previous stone removed as it wasn't salvageable and replaced it with a Ruby Star Sapphire (mine and my mom's favorite), which they helped me by sourcing. They brought in a few choices and allowed me to pick which stone I felt best fit the project. The basket required reshaping and extra work, but they did it so that the Star Sapphire fits beautifully. I love that I can carry around a piece of my mom. The ring shines and the sapphire has three star lines with indoor lighting and one distinct bright star in the sun. I highly recommend Marlow's if you are needing someone to go above and beyond on a project! They truly excel in their craft and all staff are extremely warm and welcoming.
