I was given an initial estimate from the insurance company. However, once Robbies took off the bumper cover, he saw additional hidden damage (rear impact bar, lower molding, skid plate along with a few other smaller items). Sinclair (one of Robbie's appraiser) immediately notified me of the situation and assured me he will get in contact with the insurance company to work with them so get the additional damages repaired/replaced as well. Sinclair was on point the entire time my car was in the shop (total of 4 days). He kept me updated on the status almost on a daily basis via email communication. Once the work was completed, I inspected the car and it looks brand new. Body gaps are just as good as factory gaps. The paint matched perfectly, and dare I say.....even better quality than factory paint as I noticed some orange peel in some lower panels with the factory paint. Ed was the body guy that worked on my car and he did an awesome job! Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at Robbie's. I valued the open line of communication I had with Sinclair. He explained exactly what was taking place and gave me a heads up on what I should expect during the repairs. I also run dual dashcams in my car. After I got the car back, I reviewed the dashcam footage when they had the vehicle.The guys are top notch professionals using top end tools (Snap On) along with top end equipment. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.
