Looved it! The best dancing studio on Long Island! All the instructors are very professional, very skilled and they have magnificent kind and patient personality. They have all competed nationally and you can see their talent on the dance floor. Eugene and Eugene are quite the pair. Their talent is just as big as their personalities. My husband and I used to go there very Thursday and Friday for a private classes. We used to stay afterwards for their Friday's Dance party. We had the best time, it became our weekly hangout for months and months. We were treated like family not just by the instructors, but also by the other students. They all really made us feel welcomed from the first day. We were complete beginners, but they all made us feel like superstars. Had we not moved out of state we would have continue going every week. Learning to dance especially if you are rhythm challenged like me can be intimidating which is why I would highly recommend this dance studio. From day one they made my wife and I feel like we were old friends and their attitude has never changed. Personally, I think Eugene Yeremenko is really the "Energizer Bunny". They all love what they do and it shows. There's something there for everyone. If you want to dance like a star in competition they make it possible with great results as you can see from the walls covered with trophies or if you just want to learn to move on the dance floor with confidence they get the job done. My husband and have been dancing weekly here for about 5 years. Not only is it a wonderful scheduled date (we have 2 young children), but it brings us together learning something we both enjoy, can stumble through and literally catch the other, and can celebrate each other with what we accomplish. Currently Pasha has been teaching us salsa; he is super talented, gentle yet firm with his teaching, and knows how to have fun and lighten the mood when parts get difficult. After having walked by Fred Astaire studio for three years I decided to finally walk in. This was the best choice I could have made. The teachers are very knowledgeable and professional with all they do but it is their magnetic personalities that keep me coming back. We booked lessons for our first dance in preparation of our wedding. Yuliya was our instructor, and she was absolutely amazing! She helped us learn our steps as well as choreograph our routine. We did have lessons with other instructors, such as Pasha (who is also amazing!), so that we could get feedback and polish up our routine. The entire staff was warm and energetic. Story goes like this: I bought a package of 5 lessons as a birthday gift for my wife and tought that it would be a great gift and that's it!... Fast forward 6 years. I have been dancing for many years and recently decided to take Ballroom lessons. I was assigned to Pasha (Manhasset). I have never had a more professional instructor than him in all the years I have been dancing. He pays attention to small details and because of that it makes all the difference in the performance.
