Sounds reasonable, but- when I got the call I was already "$250 in the hole," bc they diagnoased a problem that I did not ask them to. When I argued that this was not discussed with me, they refused to do the work I asked them to do and told me to pick my car up. Well, when I picked it up it had a new clicking / knocking sound (persistant and wasn't there before,) and now it also idles high on startup- never did that either. Not to mention that my interaction with Jeff was like the evil dead. Really sick man there I hope he gets the help he needs- to learn how to communicate and not throw nasty anger around. Customer service is pretty simple- if you have a diagnostic fee then when you drop off the car you let the customer know about your $150 diagnostic fee for all issues. Find another garage for your sanity.
