This is my favorite franchise of pizza the food was the best especially the garganelli pasta and was served in a Parmesan cheese basket and considering this pasta as a whole was more intense and wonderful than "La Divina Commedia" poem. We had just some little service problems such as bringing a plate before than another. But for me was supreme. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience! Showed up for a spur of the moment dinner out and was not disappointed. The server (Antonio) was wonderfully helpful and attentive. The Parmigianella pizza was delicious and the Pannacotta was divine. Definitely recommend to anyone for a post-beach-day meal that will totally hit the spot. read more

They are generous with their prosciutto on the red and also on the white pizza. The crust was crispy on the outside, charred just perfectly, and chewy on the inside. This was the best pizza I've had in a very long time. read more

We were ready to walk into the pizzeria 2 buildings down, instead my daughter ran off and went inside this little place. After a long drive from maryland we couldnt have asked for a better way to start our vacation. We felt welcome, very attentive staff and food was fast and good. We had a margharita Pizza which was recommended by our waiter, lasagna and a steak dish (i cannot remember the name). Pizza had a great crust, yummy sauce and cheese. Lasagna was a good portion, and the steak on my husbands dish had a flavor out of this world. We loved it all read more

I ordered the quinoa salad with salmon. It promised to be a mixture of rainbow Quinoa, almonds, feta, and tomato. I assumed it would also have some greens, and would have a high proportion of stuff other than quinoa. I was wrong -- it turned out to be a pile of cold mushy quinoa With a couple of sad tomatoes, 4 cubes of feta, and (I kid you not) a single slivered almond. With a half avocado on top. No dressing or anything. The salmon was cold, and looked like chicken. It was over cooked and tasted fishy, old and leathery. I only ate one bite. I gave a bite to my partner and he spat it out. Inedible. My fathers pizza dough was raw and my mother's pizza had only a single leaf of basil even though that was the only topping other than tomato sauce and garlic. This was terrible. I felt robbed coming out. Our bill was $250 and half our food was inedible. I am so disappointed (and hungry) read more

So we arrived in SoBe tired and hungry and got situated in our Airbnb. The only reasonable options in walking distance were a couple of Italian restaurants. Chose this one based on the reviews and free glass of sparkling wine with checkin (hey I'm being honest ok?). Anyway, I thought it was good but nothing special. Started with a salad that came with a balsamic vinegar dressing that I wasn't crazy about. The mozzarella is really good but due to my lactose intolerance wasn't going to eat much and risk a bad reaction. My entree was the linguine with shrimp and zucchini which was pretty good but not spectacular. My lack of enthusiasm for this restaurant may be due to me living my whole life in California and to be honest the guys working there annoyed me because they were speaking really loud Italian the whole time. Hope my eating experiences improve as my visit here progresses! read more

I go to Miami from New York at least once a year & each and every time I am there, I go to "Fratelli la Bufala". The place is SO special. It gets better and better every time. Last week, my mom & I were in town and I wanted her to experience my favorite restaurant. We had the greatest waitress, "Nancy".. her real name is "Nunzia" but her family always calls her Nancy. Sweetest woman. We were the only Americans in the restaurant that day. All Italians. I used to live in florence, Italy, & I felt like I was back in Italy. My family is from Naples, & all of the workers are from Naples as well. They were playing the Naples soccer game live at the restaurant & every time someone scored or got close to scoring, the restaurant went wild. It was great. I love how it feels as though everyone is family there. The managers little daughter came in & everyone was hugging and kissing her. The relationship all of the workers have with each other was really special to see. We are burrata, which is my favorite. This was probably the best I've ever had. Nancy told us it comes straight from Italy. We split a pasta & pizza. We had a margarita which was outstanding, and the pasta we had was the "Garganelli" (With bufala sausage, broccoli, cherry tomato, cacio bufala cheese in a creamy sauce) it was sent out in a bowl made out of cheese. It was absolutely delicious. My favorite restaurant for sure in Miami! The only one in the US. They have a location in Spain and London, & over 100 in Italy. I love that I can visit this one in Miami easily. read more

The food to begin with was decent and really there are no complaints in that front. The service on the other hand was sloppy at best. They brought 3 plates out and then took about extra 20 minutes to bring out 2 more pizzas! The worst is that other tables were being served before us even if they ordered after us! They would forget to fill glasses of water and would take very long to remove plates. Overall at first glance it looked like just another busy restaurant night but it soon felt like they were actively ignoring us... Sorry but don't recommend... They also felt entitled to charge the tip directly on the bill, classy move for shitty service... read more

I absolutely love Fratelli La Bufala. The food is delicious and the service is great! Carbonara is one of my favorite dishes and their Bucatini alla Carbonara is probably the best you'll find here in Miami. They also have imported mozzarella di bufala available to order as well. I would suggest ordering this dish, you won't be disappointed. It's a bit pricey but well worth it! However everything else on the menu is affordable and absolutely superb. read more

Overrated. Some people don't know good pizza. In philly and NY you get some great pizza and I've seen my fair share. The margarita pizza is a thin crust pizza with little to no sauce, the crust underneath was kind of soggy from the cheese, just not a good slice of pizza. Now the thing with pizza is lots hard to screw up bread and cheese for a lot of people. But for people that know what good pizza is, I'm not buying what they're selling. I'm good, I don't think I'll be back. read more

although I have not read an announcement, it appears, as if ownership and management has changed hands at Fratelli. After many years of it, being my favorite go to place the culture is suddenly non-Italian. all of the servers in the past has been Italian and suddenly no one is Italian. The pizza went from being A+ to B minus. in the past under Italian management, the place was always crowded and fun and boisterous. Now it's partially empty and just another pizza place. I am so disappointed to lose one of my favorite restaurants. read more

Authentic Italian food made with quality ingredients in a casual, friendly environment. So fresh and delicious! They start you with nice, warm bread and olive oil while waiting for your entree. We had the sugo meatball appetizer which was really good. I had the spaghetti cacio e pepe. It was perfectly cooked with a nicely peppered sauce. Simple but well done. My husband had the supremo pizza. The sauce was full favored but not overpowered with seasoning and the crust was perfection. I hate that I was too full for dessert! Great food and environment overall. We highly recommend checking it out. read more

We visited Fratelli La Bufala on a Tuesday evening for dinner service. Upon arriving, we were immediately seated in the patio and enjoyed complimentary glass of prosecco with Yelp check-in (score!). The atmosphere here is fun and casual and the food is great for sharing. We ordered several items from Neapolitan pizzas to pasta. Undoubtedly the star of the show was the Bufala mozzarella, which is made from 100% buffalo milk and, in my option, is sweeter and more decadent than its cow milk counterpart. Service was not attentive and we had to flag them down for water or bread. I should also add that tip (18%) is pre-added to the bill. Despite the slow service, we really enjoyed ourselves and the food was phenomenal. Four Stars. read more

Went there last week for dinner with my family. Our server, Vicky, was lovely. She took care of us the whole night without skipping a beat even though the place started filling up quickly. So, 5 stars for service. She was funny, knowledgeable and attentive. The restaurant is located on south beach and has lots of street parking available. The food, though. Oh my god. You've gotta eat it to believe it because I haven't had this type of Italian deliciousness since my trip to Italy. We had a little bit of everything and it all was so good. We are definitely coming back for more family dinners at this place. Top notch! read more

This is my favorite authentic Italian pasta/pizza joint in the whole South Florida, every waiter and waitress are Italian most specifically from Napoli the birth place of the our so loved Pizza. Also the "pizzaiolo" (pizza maker) it's just incredible, making little to no effort to get those beauties into the clients plates. They also bake their pizzas in a authentic brick oven giving the pizzas a much needed smokey flavor. Don't think they stay behind when it comes to desserts, their Tiramisu is to die for. I have recently come back from Italy and "Fratelli La Bufala" just makes me feel like I never left. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in South Beach. Unpretentious, good value, excellent authentic Italian food. Try the Neapolitan pizzas, classic pasta dishes and - a little tip here - they fly in the burrata fresh from Italy, so have the tomato, arugula, and burrata salad; it is simple & divine. They fly in the wait staff fresh from Italy, too! To a one they are charming and attentive and friendly and make us feel so welcome when we go. There have been times when all the diners are speaking Italian, so if you close your eyes, you can imagine...There are lots of good Italian restaurants in Miami Beach, but for my money, none better than this. read more

When a costumer describes the way they like their pasta, a chef with some sense would follow those simple instructions, which was very well cooked, and I added almost getting gooey(as to exaggerate, because Italian places make pasta extra hard) not even a Michelin awarded chef that may think otherwise when it comes to taste, I like my pasta well cooked, not al dente, he will not change that personal preference. My waiter, who was great, btw, she put in my request as explained. She was kind enough to send it back when it came in al dente. The chef first refused to fix the dish, claiming that it couldn't be done and the dish shouldn't be over cooked. After taking it back the second time, I gave them the option to switch the pasta for another that wasn't freshly made, if it helps. But minutes later, it came back exactly the same. I understand a cook's passion and I'm all for that. I've tried everything at least 3 times before deciding I don't like it. I give the most strange dishes a chance to win over my taste buds. Over the years by doing just that I've open a whole new world of delicious flavors to my life. I love food. I'm very appreciative of the person making it when I decide to sit and just enjoy it instead of cooking. In my kitchen I call the shots, just as a chef should in his kitchen is the boss of his spices, I respect that. But if go to steak house and the chef doesn't/can't serve me a steak that isn't rare, I would like to be informed before my order is place. If I go to a Italian place that only cook pasta al dente, the same will apply. I tried both things multiple times as recommended by chefs, I know how I like it cooked. I can't eat rare meat, and I despise pasta al dente. I love seafood, that's the dish I had. This whole thing put a dent on my experience reconnecting with my nephews that I had not seen since COVID started. All the could see was me complaining while the happily ate their pizza. I'm glad they fully enjoyed the their meal. They tried my pasta and could not eat it either. We enjoyed the seafood and sauce which was very tasty. So if you like crunchy pasta is total go. If not chose other option, as they have a big selection of delicious dishes. read more

Horrible dining experience. Did not bring water for a solid 25 minutes (and we had to ask repeatedly), our party's food came spaced out over a half hour, and they brought out one of our pizzas when we were already done eating and still made us pay. Probably some of the worst service in south beach. The food was bland, tasteless, and I wish I could leave 0 stars but unfortunately I can't. The waitress DENIED US A SODA, claiming they had ran out and then went ahead and gave one to the table next to us. Which is the most bizarre thing. And I'm not as upset as I am weirded out by the whole experience. Definitely not worth it. There's way too many Italian restaurants on south beach to put up with this. read more

Amist the Latin beats and colorful sounds of people screaming at you to eat at their establishment, you will find some GREAT food, cheap drinks, and peace if you walk 5 blocks down to this gem of a place. I've been to Miami at least a dozen times in my life, both for work and play, but mainly play. I've eaten at the swankiest places, and the best dive Latin bakeries in Little Havana...this Italian place captured my heart. I loved it so much that I went back twice for their free persecco and awesome pizza. Now I've read some Yelp reviews about how authentic Fratelli's is, and although I disagree, what I can say is that their pizza is so F$@*ING good that I'm salvating as I write this now. They are open until midnight which is even better because the drunk person within me has a place to eat when I can't party anymore (dude I'm in my late 30's...party time ends at midnight for us early bird special folks). Do yourself a favor, check this place out, mark yourself there, get a free persecco, and scream Mama Mia...you'll thank me later. read more

Don't bother eating here. The staff is incredibly rude. We tried getting a table and the blonde at the door twice said to give her a minute. She's tending tables and hanging out talkIng with her co workers. This doesn't happen at Spris or Mister01. We will never go back here. read more
