Focaccia

Came to this restaurant for my friend's birthday and we had a great time. Appetizers included focaccia and meatballs, we had several pizzas like Parma and Napoli and for dessert we chose the profiteroles. I loved that they add the chocolate at the time of serving. The server was good, she knew my friend, so he was on top on everything, but I've heard from others that serves are usually great. The place feels cozy; it looks like a family business with a traditional brick oven. There are tables outside but since the restaurant is located on a big street, I would say seating inside is better. Parking can be tricky depending on day and time but if you don't mind walking you can find a spot on in the area. Approved by Italian friends so would love to go back for more pizza!

Always our first night dinner choice on our family Miami trips! We went last night (probably our 5th time total) and everything was great as always. Server was super sweet and gave us a good wine bottle recommendation. Interior is always such a cute feeling to walk into. Food was delicious as always- this time got: Greek salad, carbonara pizza, margherita pizza , calzone, tagliatelle a bolognese , and omg a delicious tiramisu!! Will be back for our next Miami trip for sure!!

Beach, sun, and then... carbs. Fratelli La Bufala is a comfy Italian stop just steps from South Beach--perfect for curing that "post-beach hunger." Bruschette - fresh tomatoes doing their juicy thing. Pink Pasta - creamy, tasty, and hits the spot. Margherita Pizza - simple, classic trio of tomato, mozzarella & basil. Service was a bit on beach time (pretty slow, especially with only 2-3 tables filled at lunch), but the relaxed vibe and decent ambience balanced it out. Overall, a solid spot for good Italian food without going overboard.

Nice spot just walking distance from where we were staying near south beach. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy a nice authentic dinner. The most authentic Neapolitan style pizza I've had since being in Italy. You must try the Casara pizza and the seafood linguine. Our server was from Italy and talking to us in Italian. The burrata prosciutto and arugula was a perfect combination and the dough was perfectly cooked. I wish we could have gone back before left.

Margherita with extra sauce and basil is as good as it gets, made by an Italian pizzamaker, using San Marzano tomatoes and cabuto 00 flour in a classic wood-burning pizza oven ! I get my fix whenever I visit Miami !

Pappardelle Porcini e Salsiccia

This place never disappoints. One of my favorite dishes is the parpadelle porcini with Italian sausage. Usually, at other places, this dish is served without protein so the fact that this one has sausage elevates the flavor profile. The Italian sausage is not overbearing in flavor or in fat content- overall a well balanced dish. There are so many delicious items on the menu so I prefer family style. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You truly feel like you're going to your local family restaurant where everyone knows each other. I'm glad to see this place still thriving over the years. Genuine people making authentic food!

Our best meal in Miami so far! The food and service were impeccable. Ambiance was authentically Italian as well. I highly recommend the sausage mushroom pappardelle and the casara pizza! Both were amazing dishes!

The reale is a solid pizza. The flavors were good and the service was excellent. The pizza flavor was very good. The dough was a little soft. It didn't stand up to the sauce as well as some of my favorite places. If you are looking for a genuine pizza, this place should be on your list.

The food is amazing, especially if you come on pasta Tuesday we're all pasta is on special. I had the lasagna which was to die for, and many items can be ordered gluten-free for those who have you have a gluten allergy. Atmosphere was so excellent and service second to none highly recommend. I had the lasagna and my friend had a gluten-free margaritas pizza and of course your wine of choice and bottled water with an amazing Greek salad. Dylan waiting on us and he was authentic and professional.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more stars if one was only looking at starts and not the whole written reviews. I'm a local and every time I come here, it's with a real Italian person from Italy. They love the food and I do too. Wine list was great as well. It's not just for the out of towners but locals love it too.

CAESAR SALAD

Ordered via UBER eats. We had a Margherita pizza, Caesar salad and pappardelle porcini pasta. The pasta was the only thing edible. The pizza wasn't cut well, soggy and several slices stuck to the lining paper at bottom of the box. The most concerning was the Caesar salad w/chicken. The dressing was almost entirely all mayonnaise. Really, I'm not joking...it was not Caesar dressing. And the chicken was thin, overcooked and dry. I want my money back or offer a free redo and prove my review wrong!!!

Amazing wood fire pizza! So so happy we chose this place for dinner, the staff was nice, it smelled great and the food was to die for! If you're looking for a delicious pizza dinner in Miami Beach, please check this place out!

After not knowing what to have for lunch we decided to stop here. It was very cute! When you walked in you instantly smelled the pizza which is always a delight. We were greeted and sat down instantly. Our waitress was super sweet we and very hospitable. The pizza was about the size of a personal pie but definitely able to be shared between two people. I would come here again

Food was nothing like these pictures. Pasta was hard and the staff got mad for sending it back. Tourist Trap.

Do they have gluten free pizza?

I don't recall seeing it on the menu, but if you call they would surely tell you. They were all very nice when I went there.

The bustling, cavernous dining room with its classic wooden accents and lively atmosphere creates an unforgettable setting for a classic seafood feast. The service was remarkably polished and attentive, carrying on decades of legendary hospitality. The food exceeded every expectation: the iconic Crab Claws were sweet, succulent, and perfectly chilled, while the decadent Lobster Mac offered ultimate rich comfort. Surprisingly, their classic Fried Chicken delivered a golden, perfectly crispy bite, and the Creamed Spinach rounded out the meal as an ideal, savory side dish.

The dining room is large and bright, so this isn't a spot for romantic dinners. They can accommodate large parties easily. We enjoyed the food, although it wasn't mind-blowing; here you pay for the legacy of the name, and the nostalgia of an older Miami Beach institution. Fun for a one time visit. We saw another table walk out because the crab was served cold; this was surprising, but the server did check twice that we knew it would be cold, so perhaps this is a common misunderstanding. One little touch I loved was being given the salad dressing recipe on a printed card; they must get asked for it so often! It's very good indeed, and I loved that they are willing to share it.

I've wanted to try CVI.CHE 105 for years after seeing it highly recommended in Facebook discussions…read moreabout Miami restaurants. We finally had the opportunity during our latest visit to Miami, and I'm glad we did. The restaurant has a really fun, eclectic atmosphere, with tropical greenery covering the ceiling, colorful decorative installations, and dramatic artwork. There is so much to look at! I especially liked the multicolored string art installation, which added color and movement to the center of the restaurant. We started with the Ceviche Nikkei Tartare, made with diced tuna marinated in Nikkei sauce, avocado, olive oil, seasonal vegetables, and quinoa pop, accompanied by homemade crackers. We really enjoyed this appetizer! It was fun to eat, with a great blend of flavors and contrasting textures. My husband ordered the Lomo Saltado, with tenderloin sautéed with onions, tomatoes, yellow peppers, and cilantro, served with crunchy French fries and white rice. The tenderloin was tender and had a good flavor. I especially love a dish that gives you French fries AND rice! The fries were really good, too. I ordered the Wagyu Nigiri, which came with two beautifully presented pieces topped with gold leaf. It was delicious! For dessert, we shared the Misti, a three-layer volcano-shaped dessert with lúcuma mousse, chocolate cookie crumble, and Suspiro Limeño, topped with meringue. We really enjoyed the different layers and textures. It was creamy, rich, dense, and quite filling! Our waitress was a real sweetheart. She patiently explained the different dishes and desserts, helping us decide what to order. We really appreciated her friendliness and willingness to answer our questions. Surprisingly, the restaurant didn't automatically add a 20% gratuity, as so many other restaurants in Miami do. It was refreshing to have the choice, even though we often tip more than that anyway. Between the delicious food, interesting presentations, lively atmosphere, and friendly service, we had a wonderful dinner. After wanting to try CVI.CHE 105 for so many years, it was especially satisfying to finally experience it, After dinner, we walked about 20 minutes to the end of Lincoln Road to walk off some of that delicious food!

But, when I saw they were advertising a Lamb Gyro for $12 (Tuesdays), I took the leap. Seems it wasn't that far to jump. Although there were table cloths, cloth napkins and silverware, with room for a true dining experience, the fan sitting atop the bar, (blowing-off more air than necessary), and the plastic plants on the walls/ceilings threw-off any pretense I had of the place. When I requested the Lamb Gyro, the server pointed to an entree on the menu for me to approve. I made sure there wasn't another (re: pricier) offer. There was... it was the one he suggested. The gyro itself consisted of a bland (Tzatziki?) sauce that struggled to find my taste buds. Lamb (typically) has a gamey/slightly sweet flavor; these cuts seemed to be found from behind their refrigerator, (not from inside). They certainly weren't cut fresh from a spit, as they were old and nearly tasteless. The included slices of onion and peppers, delegated to the pita bottom, (instead of intermingling) barely helped. The French fries (included in the price) were the most flavorful part of the meal; although, they were an insult, rather than accompaniment to the experience. And, was that Latin (instead of traditional Greek) music coming from the speakers? Along with a 20% "Administrative" fee, I won't be tempted to venture in again.
