After an appetizer of tomatoes and cucumbers in a light dressing, I ordered the sirloin in cream and my wife the trout filet. The food, like the service, was superb. We were not super hungry, so we bypassed the appetizer and salad selections and went straight for the entree menu. My wife chose the Goulash and I selected the Grilled Chicken Breast. Our meals arrived shortly, and they were both hot. My wife loved the Goulash, which was accompanied by two large potato dumpling pieces. The gravy was thick and flavorful and the meat was fork-tender and delicious. My Chicken was a bit tough, but had pretty good flavor with the sauce. It was also served with a side of Gnocchi, that paired nicely with the dish. The advertised cauliflower and peas were a bit sparse, but the Gnocchi made up for it. Service was very good, with our water glasses refilled frequently and servers asking if everything was good. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal, though the Chicken could have been a bit more tender. If we get back to Prague, we would definitely like to come back and try one of the Duck dishes as well as the goose liver pate' appetizer. Ambiance - 9/10 Service - 10/10 Food - 9/10 Value - 10/10
