I got the mascara-done caramel banana pancake, which the server told us was a popular item. My husband got the salmon with cream cheese, and he said that was amazing. So unlike other places that usually stack pancakes and then put the topping at the top, this each layer has the filling, so each layer of the salmon pancake has cream cheese and salmon. The mascarpone and banana was the same each layer, filled with banana and cream. Highly recommend this little gem if you are around the area.

Everything was done well served well and priced well considering it's in a tourist area without the touristy feel you would find elsewhere. They must go to place for breakfast lunch and even dinner. The staff is clearly very well organized and efficient. Service was quick, attentive, and professional. The waiters were elegantly dressed, which added to the classic, old-world charm of the place. The food was absolutely outstanding -- truly one of those meals that makes every cell in your body feel happy. Everything was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and comforting, yet refined. You can tell this is a place that takes pride in doing things right. Yes, it's popular and a bit touristy -- but for a very good reason. While the coffee was definitely good, it was the overall experience that the shop, and Stano, provided that made it a noteworthy experience on the trip. There were a solid amount of options of beans to take home, as well as several sachet options. They also had some cool merch, so I had to grab a shirt and some free stickers to bring back home.
