So unlike other places that usually stack pancakes and then put the topping at the top, this each layer has the filling, so each layer of the salmon pancake has cream cheese and salmon. The mascarpone and banana was the same each layer, filled with banana and cream. Highly recommend this little gem if you are around the area.
