The sales person was understanding what I needed and showed a selection of different units that would suit my needs. The Business Manager was super easy to deal with, and made me feel very comfortable. The fellow who walked me around the trailer when I picked it up was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, a great buying experience. I will definitely tell all of my friend and family to buy their next RV from Jubilee RV!

The lemon part is where my story begins. Bought a 2020 Forrest River EVO on May 30th 2020. Loved the layout. The paperwork took a bit longer than expected so we came back next business day to finalize and do our walk through. I can't blame Jubilee for the weather that day, but it was a down pour. We step inside our beautiful new trailer and there is a puddle of water on the floor. We chalked it up to washing it with the slide out. Then we get a demo on the slide and it won't come in. Not being able to tow it and it needing obvious attention we left to come back when they worked out the kinks. That was our biggest mistake and something we kick ourselves for daily, now owning a $60, 000 peice of shit that they will take back, but not at the price we paid of course. Anyway we take our unit out excited to use this beautiful trailer. We are into day two and notice again a large puddle. A quick run of any tap revealed the water pump spraying water. So we bring the unit back and are told the factory failed to intall a seal on the pump. The base cabinets now require replacement. Arrangements are made to repair it later in the year, but otherwise the unit is good to go. Second trip out the slide won't work. So we bring the unit in again and now the realize it's not a fuse. The explanation is the gears were put in wrong in the factory. Bottom on top and top on bottom. But it's good to go again as we swapped the gears. We get the call to bring the unit in for warranty cabinet replacement. So we bring it in and whIle it was there the unit was damaged. Jubilee refused to take accountability and said it was vandilized. We ask what happened and we can't get an explanation, only that it was vandalized and it was not their fault. So I ask for the police file number for insurance. You would think something vandalized would have been reported. Nope, not reported, no file number and low and behold their security cameras don't pick up the area. Now understandably frustrated that our trailer is damaged we are happy to have it back. We took it out father's day weekend 2021. Now if you do the math this is only trip #3. We enjoy our weekend and get ready to leave and the slide will not fully retract. Over to Jubilee it goes again. This time the explanation is the entire slide motor assembly needs to be replaced. This took months. While there our trailer was broken into and items stolen. Again, Jubilee is not responsible. We got our unit back in October for Thanksgiving weekend. We took it out twice after getting it back. It is now April 2022 and my wife and I went for our first trip. We got home and went to put the slide out to clean out or unit after the weekend. Slide is fucked again and now won't come out. This has been near 2 years with this trailer. Not a payment missed. In that 2 years our trailer has spent no less than 10 months in their yard for repairs. Our actual time we could spend in our unit has been approximately 4 months when we shut it down like every Canadian does for winter. We are quite fearful we have a $60,000 never never plan brick in our driveway. I won't slander this company and tell anyone to stay away. However I really think people need honest reviews of dealings with them and not the edited crap you find on their website. Please share this review if you choose, it is at least an honest account of dealings with them and might prevent them from making the same mistake we did.

Before making an appointment I inquired of Doug (your service manager) whether you could test AGM batteries and furthermore, whether or not they had a battery lift as my 4 AGM batteries are located under the vehicle and obviously quite heavy. Doug told me that you did have the lift and could test the AGM batteries. During the service, I noted that there was no battery lift utilized and instead 2 hand jacks were utilized and jerry-rigged with (2) 2X4s balanced on each lift plate...what the heck?!?!? The techs then indicated that all 4 batteries were ''bad" and I was strongly encouraged to have them replaced with Interstate batteries that Meridian stocked. Since 2 of the batteries were just over 12 months old, I called Lifeline (battery manufacturer) to see if they were under warrantee /prorated. The tech at Lifeline requested the readings from the tester and I reported that their tech's told me 7.8 each for the newer batteries; which were "tested" individually and not in series. The Lifeline tech then spoke with their tech to confirm this. After confirming the results of the 'test' Lifeline then requested to hand the phone back to me. He then told me that it was impossible for the batteries to have readings of 7.8 as the maximum range is between 6.0-6.5. Needless to say, neither of us trusted the battery 'test' that was done. I then instructed the tech's to throw the (2) 2016 batteries away and rehook the newer 2018 batteries up. So the total amount of work done was to 'test' the batteries, clean the terminals on the two newer batteries, and I was told that they replaced the ground wires also (not done as they never even hooked the batteries back up). I was beyond shocked to see the bill of $856.77 for this service and was told that there were two men working on this (6 hrs. each) and that they only charged me for 1 man. Since they had my vehicle hostage, I had to pay the bill and I then got out of there as soon as possible to catch the ferry to Vancouver Island to visit family. There, I hooked up to shore power in order to give the batteries time to charge and was hooked up for 2 solid days. When I then unhooked to continue on my travels, there was no power in the coach AT ALL; therefore I had to hook up to shore power the next 2 nights on my way to Portland and the Lifeline distributor. I bought 2 new batteries and made an appointment with the Airstream dealership to have the new batteries installed. To my shock and disgust, it was found that the Meridian techs never properly reconnected the batteries to the coach and the negative leads were just dangling!!!! BTW, Airstream took 1 man, 1 hr. to lower the batteries and install the new batteries and furthermore, the 2018 batteries tested 'normal'. I furthermore had them check the whole coach electrical system for any other potential issues...there were none. The work done by Meridian was shoddy and downright dangerous and put my coach as risk for frozen pipes as well as a health risk to us and our pets. We boondock with this RV 98% of the time and had to pay camping fees for 2 nights which otherwise would not have been incurred. I then paid 2 other service providers in the states to fix the problems that Meridian caused. One to hook up the batteries (albeit, also install 2 new batteries) and one to rehook the cable from the batteries to the generator which the techs gave me back and did not know what it far for...again WTF!!??? Clearly, the techs did not have the knowledge nor the tools to either test my batteries nor safely and efficiently lower/lift them, despite Doug's assurances. The fees were beyond excessive and downright usurious. They have denied my request for a refund my monies as well as covering the campground costs for the 2 nights ($70US total). DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FELLOW RV'ERS; THEY ARE UNSCRUPUTIOUS TO SAY THE LEAST!!

Would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Ok so lets…read morestart with buying the trailer, smooth sailing, quick process. However when we arrived, they refused to accommodate us on a day that wasn't a holiday as there was no staffing . Ok fine, we'll wait until they are open. Show up the day of delivery to find out the trailer was malfunctioning, ok, we'll deal with it, in the meantime no communication as to what was happening, that was rhe start of the untrusting relationship that had formed with voyager RV . Meanwhile the techs and sales people trying to be distasteful and shelter the fact that it was broken, trying to shuttle us into the building so we didn't know what was going on in poor taste. I did appreciate all the effort that we found out they had "done" in making this trailer work but it was a failure to say the least. Now I know problems arise however since the very first day the only thing we asked for was the truth and to be straightforward. None of which happened during this process. The process in which multiple managers and sales people and techs were "trying to figure it out" but was UNSUCCESFUL Secondly. Throughout the week being told by sales people and managers that they would keep us in the loop not one phone call was received by Voyagers team, we (the buyers) had to beg to get in contact with them just to get awnsers, perhaps trying to hide the fact that thier equipment was faulty and they indeed did not know what they were doing. Yes voyager offered to pay for a hotel because the RV furnace (in the middle of winter, on a brand new unit under warrenty) didn't work, however, it is the LEAST they could have done with kids in tow knowing our reasoning for purchasing a RV in the first place. Yes Voyager refunded the trailer and the payment that came out of my account and on the promise of a full refund if the trailer was unresolved, great, I wouldn't say any other dealership would have done the same thing for thier customers for a BRAND NEW unit off thier lot, defective ON the lot even before delivering it I am entitled to a full refund under warrenty and consumer rights. As far as the payment made, it was made before we even saw or went to retrieve the unit so again, I was entitled to that, Voyager, once again very unprofessional to mention any sort of finances on a Google review. Yes we had a free (and late delivery) however, in my opinion is a sugar coat to make Voyager feel better about selling and distributing a beyond repair brand new RV, And the meaningless words of managment promising rectification. Lastly and more importantly, when we arrived to Voyager after the RV was towed away we initially were interested in starting another transaction with them. They took us into the office where we asked standard questions regarding a new unit. The manager in poor taste once again stated that he suspects when we buy (a new unit under warranty through thier company) that there would be issues with us being a client ie: if another piece of garbage would come out of thier store. I was repsectul, understanding and kind until the safety and well being of my family was compromised with no comminication in sight, besides "were working on it, and well get back to you" I would like to mention the unit we had purchased and had "complained" about 100% out of our control, A. The board was faulty causing it to disengage the slide B. The heat stopped working. Not something you'd expect from a brand new unit. We bought a new unit with voyager expecting it to be a value and it turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare
