There's been nothing scarier for me than knowing our precious child wasn't making developmental…read moremilestones. I knew we should be hearing babbling like "ma-ma" and "da-da" but despite a degree in Elementary Education and a highly verbal older child, nothing we were doing seemed to be working. Carrie took our nearly non-verbal 9-month old when others wouldn't. She was timely, caring, and professional during therapy sessions. She immediately intervened with innovative therapies based on research. Stimulating his auditory nerve with motion (swinging, swaying, and bouncing) my non-verbal child miraculously spoke the word "ball" at the end of the first therapy session focused on many experiences surrounding balls. She made impressive progress over the months that followed. She worked with Sam until she moved back to her home state and we credit her with his ability to discontinue early childhood speech services before he turned 3. Sam is now a happy, healthy 10-year old who asks us so many hard questions, we often laugh that we were once worried he couldn't speak.

Our 12 year old son just successfully completed speech therapy with the founder of this practice…read more She clicked with him immediately and was amazing to work with, and we have been blown away by his progress. Before Family Chatterbox, we didn't know it was possible to receive therapy right here at home, and we would never do it any other way. We firmly believe it was the secret to our son's success. FC's therapists are kind, compassionate and incredible at what they do. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
