He will give you clear explanations on how to maximize your spinal health without pushing unnecessary treatments. He is always very professional and ensures that each spinal adjustment is done with care. He never rushes through an adjustment! At other chiropractic places, if I really needed an adjustment, I would have to wait over a week to get in! Not with Pete! I appreciate the fact that I NEVER have to make an appointment! After my first visit I could walk into his office during his hours and get adjusted. This was great for me since my schedule gets a little crazy and I can't always schedule my adjustments. It's so great I can walk in when I need it and Pete will be ready within a few minutes. Another great thing is that Petes is also super affordable and has a great membership program and student program! My previous chiropractor would charge me $65 in copay for my insurance per visit and then almost another $30 dollars after my insurance went through. Then they tried to tell me it was "saving me money." At Pete's since I am a student, I get a really affordable rate that fits with my budget! Once I graduate in May, I still plan on going to Pete's because he will still be the most knowledgeable, most professional, and most affordable affordable option. The entire staff - reception, office, hygenist, and Dr. Bo Stanley were so very kind and empathetic. They took her in immediately and treated her with kindness and respect. I went to this clinic after my eye suddenly became severely swollen while I was up north. Choosing…read morethis clinic turned out to be a big mistake. At my first visit, the doctor prescribed over-the-counter antihistamine eye drops. They did nothing to help. The next day, I spoke with a second doctor from the same clinic. Without even seeing me, he told me he would not recommend those drops and said he would have used a steroid instead. By day three, there was still no improvement. I was then seen again by the second doctor, who was visibly surprised by the condition of my eye and decided I needed antibiotics at that point. After all of this, I contacted management to express concern about the inconsistent care and delays. Rather than addressing what happened, I was told the doctors did nothing wrong and that this is "the best clinic in Minnesota" and that they are "customer-centered." Nothing about my experience reflects that. Conflicting medical advice, delayed effective treatment, and a dismissive response from management are not acceptable when someone is dealing with a serious eye issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.

They respect my time, and if I have an appointment at a certain time, I'm called back at that time. I often bring up several issues and questions, and Dr. Dixon listens to each one patiently and responds. She's very understanding, and I never feel rushed. - Easy to schedule appts! They are always available when I want an appointment. And they're flexible too. Plus they called me two days in advance to remind me about my appointments. - Freebies! They give away these hand sanitizer pens and bandwidth sets at the reception desk. - Clean and modern! The office is up-to-date and always very clean. I feel like I'm in a new office that is regularly maintained and kept up to high standards. Bad: - For pregnant women, you always want the person delivering your baby to be the doctor you've seen throughout the whole pregnancy. This is a group of doctors, so if I go into labor in the middle of the night, then it'll be whichever of the four doctors is on call that night, not necessarily mine. Also, my obgyn is on vacation the week I'm due, which means I'll probably be delivering under another doctor's care, which I don't like especially because I chose this doctor for her high caliber resume. But, that's actually very common, so it's not surprising. Overall, this place is great and I can't recommend it high enough.
