However because of her speech delay, outside of our home she was very reserved and quiet. Kristen made her comfortable, had fun with her, and gave her and I practical advice and things to do at home between appointments. My daughter's speech took off in such a short amount of time all thanks to Kristen! As a mother I can never thank her enough for all she did for us. She gave my daughter so much confidence. It was such a great experience, and it really set the bar. Kristen has such a warm, fun and creative personality that children and parents will love and her office where the therapy sessions are held is such a fun and engaging learning environment. As Daniel got more comfortable working with Kristen, he did not want to leave lol. He had a lot of fun! Daniel's speech has improved by leaps and bounds thanks to his one-on-one sessions with Kristen and from the guidance she provided us for what to do to work with Daniel outside of therapy. She gave us so many tools and ideas to work with. We unfortunately had to move away because of the military and couldn't bring her with us. Thank God we found Kristen during our time in Nevada! We miss her already!

Run! They can't keep employees, their scheduling is awful. We were there 1 year ago, and left…read morebecause the therapists quit. They could not schedule my kid, and when they did, they didn't run her through- so every few weeks we ran into missed weeks because they scheduled other people at our time slot. One year later- same old, same old. Insurance forced us back- running into the same. I called and talked to someone the first time and they have yet to fix their issues.

I also called last week and talked to who answered the phone, she said she would message Mackenzie and copy her supervisor, still no response. my sons funds are just going to waste as they drag their feet. I wish we had a say in who we used for case management

Terrible! They don't do their work. We as client had to do their work for them. Can never reach…read morethem either. Its's been a few months now and we hadn't gotten paid because our case manager did not do his work! No communications and no updates on anything even though we've made it clear to update us every time. It's so frustrating. Stay away from this place! They need to train their case worker better! They don't know anything!
