I wrote long review of my most recent ent experience with TCPC. I deleted it. I have decided to…read morehave TCPC to get me off the meds slowly. Then l am done. What was done to me is unforgivable and possibly illegal and certainly unethical, callous and reprehensible. Someday l am going to spell.it out for you what it is you did.....you cut me off apparently, in the middle of my cancer treatments AFTER having an appointmrnt where l was told my medications, plural, would be filled. I made it clear thst l csn not do the trestmrnts without the breskthrough pain med. Long story short, l called my pharmacy and was told the breakthrough med was not ordered by the Dr. The next day after my appointment and before l found outbit was not ordered byb t he dr, l hadvthe cancer implantbput in. Had the Dr been honest and told me, and the fact she said she was going to fill them, i would h ave not had the implsnt putbin. As a result of this fiasco, l can not continue my cancer treatments AS I STATED ATVTHE APPOINTMENT. I now will stop the treatments halfway through. This is how l was treated by TCPC after 5 years or longer. Thanks for the death sentence. I was serious about not bei g able to fi ish w/o the medications. Apparently, your practioners thiught l was lying. Another inst. So why would l give TCPC a good review? Once l get the implant removed, l am done with the treatments. Which means l.am dead. Thanks for.........the death sentence. Incidently, lnhad extra meds leftover, so what was the problem?

Overall the staff was friendly, and my Dr. Nancy was nice, but the supervisor for the billing…read moredepartment is very rude and inconsiderate to those who are low on funds. Their front end staff told me I didn't have to pay the co-pay when I first saw my Dr. and she said they were wrong and I need to pay and they sent me notices, that I never received. They put my account on hold so I cant make an appointment until $35 was paid. To my understanding this was waived when I first went to the clinic. She talked to me like I was lying to her, she was very rude and showed no signs of empathy at all. The supervisor needs more training on how to be a more empathetic person if shes going to be working with people who have low income and chronic pain ailments.

Legacy Home care will not return my unused deposit, nor will they drop a double billing of $70…read more They owe me $170 total. I have notified them by phone five times, I started keeping track of the phone calls after that. 5/8/18 left a message at 4:00, and 5/16/18 at 2:00pm. They have made promises to send me a corrected bill, and have yet to fallow through. I have sent them two certified letters, one on 6/1/18 to business manager Tanya Castillo and Gasna Akselrod NO RESPONSE! I have contacted The Better Business Bureau, they have sent three requests to Legacy Home Care and have not received a reply. Can you believe that?? My wife died April 2nd 2018, I've been asking for a refund for the services that were unused since the middle of April. I'm 84 years old, I receive less than $1200 a month in Social Security a month. The $170.00 is not anything they want to deal with, it's small change. Not to ME! It's 20% of my Social Security check! I've tried the State office which licenses Legacy Home Care, they do not offer help on billing issues. What do I do? If anyone has had similar experiences, or can offer any kind of advice it would be greatly appreciated. Richard Johnson 612-919-5577 Rvictorjohnson@yahoo.com
