Everyone is very positive, and that means so much to the and residents who are there. Thank you so much to all!!

When calling the service and asking for them to call back, she has been ignored. Messages don't get answered and she never receives a call back. Somehow, fraud was called on my friend. Her POA was taken away due to false charges against her, where she was investigated and had to be fingerprinted like a criminal. Sometime after, someone became her mom's conservator, her mom's life insurance was cashed in, and they moved her to a different bank. She feels that animals get better treatment. Investigation sent a letter stating no fraud was found. She was innocent, but her POA was not given back. She states, they don't dress her mom with clothing just socks, undergarment, and tie covering daily or give her no fresh air from outside. She asked to give her mom phone service, but believes the line was cut, as shown in the picture. She found $20,000 that was taken by the Villas with no authorization. It took months of the bank asking them who authorized it and months for them to claim it was a mistake, and then return the money. Her mother shares a room with a lady who asked for help with her food because she could not reach it. The lady told her she would be back to help after she passed everyone their meals. I personally fed the lady her food. Never ever ever send your family members here without a full and surprise visit!!! Now it seems her mom is spiraling down. She has tried everything to get her mom back. Her hands are transparent, you can see through her fingers. She cries, and it breaks my heart. Her mom is beautiful. Do your research and visit people.

Legacy Home care will not return my unused deposit, nor will they drop a double billing of $70…read more They owe me $170 total. I have notified them by phone five times, I started keeping track of the phone calls after that. 5/8/18 left a message at 4:00, and 5/16/18 at 2:00pm. They have made promises to send me a corrected bill, and have yet to fallow through. I have sent them two certified letters, one on 6/1/18 to business manager Tanya Castillo and Gasna Akselrod NO RESPONSE! I have contacted The Better Business Bureau, they have sent three requests to Legacy Home Care and have not received a reply. Can you believe that?? My wife died April 2nd 2018, I've been asking for a refund for the services that were unused since the middle of April. I'm 84 years old, I receive less than $1200 a month in Social Security a month. The $170.00 is not anything they want to deal with, it's small change. Not to ME! It's 20% of my Social Security check! I've tried the State office which licenses Legacy Home Care, they do not offer help on billing issues. What do I do? If anyone has had similar experiences, or can offer any kind of advice it would be greatly appreciated. Richard Johnson 612-919-5577 Rvictorjohnson@yahoo.com

I told him I thought that was odd as previously when I had the procedure this was not the case. My concern was dismissed. Dr. Lutz explained he needed to numb the problematic area first to make sure the correct spot was identified. Prior to my next appointment I called and spoke with Marlee. She explained the process in further detail and that I was not going to get a steroid epidural as I was expecting. She told me this process was a branch block and the third procedure was for some kind of radio frequency that would numb the problematic area for 6+ months. My concern is this is not what I asked for although this was apparently the plan of the clinic and Dr. Lutz. I told her I would give it a try. After the second numbing procedure, Marlee explained only then they were going to contact my insurance to make sure this was a covered procedure as I did not want to get the bill as she explained. She then told me the procedure is about $10,000. I was shocked. About a week later I received a bill for the first two procedures. After the insurance paid, I still owed over $500. This to me borderlines on malpractice not to mention just unethical. Never once during the initial phase of the procedure was any of this explained to me. I was steered into a treatment plan unknowingly. A plan with an exorbitant cost to me especially compared to what I had came in for originally. Dr. Lutz explained to me this was required by the insurance for coverage although the office never once contacted my insurance until 3-4 weeks after my first visit. But never once did he tell me "I would rather not give you steroid epidural. I would rather do this radio frequency treatment although it is extremely expensive nearing $10,000... Are you willing to try this procedure?" Landmark has reported this to the credit bureau. Scumbags.
