At 6:30 PM, I was told it would be another ten minutes. Shortly after, staff checked my order details and informed me that my food had accidentally been given to an Uber Eats driver, but offered to remake it if I waited another ten minutes. Over the next hour, staff asked to check my order five separate times while repeatedly telling me it would be ready in ten minutes. Meanwhile, several other customers and delivery drivers received their food. As shown in the attached photos, my order was marked ready at 6:10 PM, but I did not actually receive it until 7:15 PM. When I asked twice to cancel my order and speak to a manager, I was ignored, and no manager ever came to address the situation or apologize. This establishment holds personal significance for me as the place where I proposed to my fiancé, making this lack of respect, communication, and basic customer care especially disheartening. I am not seeking a refund; rather, I am sharing this so executive management is aware of the serious lack of empathy and customer service demonstrated today.
