It is Borrelli's in New York, and I spoke to them. I asked all about this order place and the manager got on the phone. He was so nice and told me that Goldbelly is the way to go and they don't ship thought anyone else. He also explained that it will be just the same as if I walked in if made according to their clear directions that come in the box. It is all flash frozen the minute it cools and then shipped. Well, he was right. This is the best NY pizza I have ever had and I love NY and go there often. Just follow the directions to the letter, it is easy. They are not huge pizzas, they serve 1 or 2. Our pizzas came when promised, all still packed in ice and all sealed when fresh. You just heat them up, follow the directions exactly. This is the best NY pizza we have ever had and we have been to NY, but we did not know about this place. The crust is perfect, thin with such flavor. The sauce and cheese combination they use is the best. We are in heaven and have ordered more. They can stay in the frig up to 3 days and in the freezer no longer than 3 months. I wish I had some now. So perfect.
