Nin traveled from out of town to meet with us to review the project. We are very particular and we're looking for the highest quality work possible. The company and their owner are very unprofessional. They do substandard work and use substandard…read morematerials. They refused to address our concerns and did not answer our complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They walk off the job when I made the attempt to rectify the concern when they were using the same foreman and workers that messed up the first job When I wanted to speak to the owner, he refused to speak to me. He called his workers off the job and hung the phone up on me twice and refused to take my husband's phone call as well. Also on the first attempt at the job the foreman took leftover materials that we paid for His response was that he made several attempts to rectify the situation which is not true. They came out one other time when it was raining and unable to work that day due to the rainy conditions . so when they showed up today, I requested to speak to the person that we made the contract with with, but she was unavailable To the owner. You have yet to inspect the work yourself that you call professional. If there was nothing wrong, why come out to repair? Also, there's no intimidation threats or otherwise. Only attempts at communication and demands for professionalism today. When you pulled your workers off the job it was just me and four of them. I should have been concerned for my safety! As I was speaking with you today, you hung up on me twice! I also have documentation and you filing a police report only gives your side of the story that does not deter me and posting what a shotty job your workers did in the sub standard work performed at our home. Maybe that is your attack it because you want me to take down my review, but I am more than determined that our home should be treated and care for as any other home and the work should be done properly because we paid for it. Actually there was only me outside today, which I have the absolute right to do on my property. No yelling, no threats, no safety concerns. That is untrue. And I take note of this tactic. There' has not been any threats to your workers at all. We have video footage from our security cameras and to perpetuate anything of this nature I take offense to. It did not happen, not today or any other day.

They replaced my kitchen sink and garbage disposal, changed out the faucet & light fixture in 2 bathrooms and fixed the toilet from moving in one of them. Also replaced copper lines that were leaking. They also replaced a door that was broken & installed the door knob. Replaced cabinetry hardware in the bathrooms. They also installed a sump pump alarm and switched out our utility sink & faucet and added a drain pipe for the washing machine to drain into. They were great to work with. They were very professional & personable. They went over & above on every thing. We are so pleased and will be using them again & again.

My designer, Trish, was extremely detail oriented, helping guide me to a kitchen of my dreams. The installer, Josh, was respectful of my property, courteous and highly motivated to do an outstanding job from cabinet installation to precision tile work. It was easy to see that both these individuals took pride in their work. While the thumbprint of my kitchen did not change, it's still a galley kitchen- but now not only is it more functional- it's beautiful as well!

They are in a kitchen. They should be able to handle being wiped off. 2. The bottoms of the cabinets are garbage. When you take items out, you can tell the shape of the items that were sitting in them. 3. The depth is less than my old/previous cabinets (was not made aware of this when ordering) so I'm unable to for some platters, etc in these new cabinets. 4. Service department isn't helpful or responsive.
