Called in the morning about a broken spring and they got me in the same day. Even after who knows what projects they had already been on. Very grateful and they were super helpful both on the phone and in person. Value was great, the prices have gone up since the last time, whatever, I didn't have to mess with the springs nor did I have to go back and forth getting the correct ones. I'm paying for his 30-40 years experience. Plus he made some adjustments and lubed up the parts that needed it. So it was really Springs and More for the service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would use them again. read more

I had damaged my industrial roll up door w/ forklift gate in warehouse bent it and it came off the tracks I was totally screwed. I was calling around on a Friday afternoon & into the evening hours. Several companies were treating this as an after hours / emergency based on time of their arrival. Some were requesting outrageous amounts ahead of time most were saying I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday the following week. Some were treating my situation as an ability to upsell me with other services knowing that they were not industrial roll up door technicians (be aware of that too) 1 company wasted 3 hrs & $600 of my time & money to leave me with out an ability to close my roll up door at 8pm on a Friday night with a warehouse / store full of inventory. Needless to say I was scared, rattled, alone & vulnerable and it was getting dark I came across Frank's Garage Door Oakley Frank & Gianna They answered! Gianna & Frank were in their truck coming out from having dinner. They heard what was happening and came over within the hour. By the time they came it was already past 9:00pm approaching 10:00pm. They knew the situation & the homeless encampment becoming active and also me having an unfriendly neighbor watching where others left they stayed & Frank knew exactly how to fix this and make it operable without making me feel like I needed to spend $10-20k on a new Industrial roll up door system because I was a business I was devastated, exhausted and in a state of shock after all the issues listed. I also am a women with no mechanical skill set tbh They stayed with me. They helped me & I really feel they saved my life that night They also did not overcharge me These are good people family ran & operated honest & trustworthy I will always be in-debt to Gianna & Frank for the help they gave me that night in Feb/March of 2024. When a neighboring business did the exact same thing to their door I saw the panic in his eyes & knew he was calling around I ran over and referred him immediately to Frank. - Lisa read more

Fantastic service from this local company. Always on time, courteous, and clean. They are the best

Today one of our kids backed into our garage door and bent it. I thought my life was over. Those kids! I immediately lost it. But luckily Frank's Garage door was there for us and gave me an appointment. Kevin stopped by and repaired it nicely and also serviced the door. Put 3in1 in all the necessary places. Hope we never have to call them but if we do only they will get my call. read more

Same day service, at a good price! They were originally working on a commercial job, and were scheduled to come out the next day. Job was stalled waiting on the correct rails, so they were able to do the job that afternoon. read more

Franks garage doors installed my garage door in 2010 and yesterday I reached out to them again to replace the broken spring. Kevin came early, which I appreciate, and installed the new springs. Very professional and I also appreciate for accommodating me on New Year's Eve. It feels like I got a brand new garage door after all the works. I also appreciate Gianna for helping me out with the final bill. I am glad that I still have the paperwork from the time they installed my garage door and I immediately gave them a call. I highly recommend Frank's garage doors to anyone. read more

I was referred to Frank and Gianna through a friend that had used them for their garage door. We were at the beginning stages of a home renovation project and Gianna spent a lot of extra time educating me on the different types and brands of garage doors. She was exceptionally kind given my novice and plethora of questions! Frank removed our old garage door at the start of the renovation, then returned at the end to install the garage and front door. We were very pleased with the support we received from this team! read more

Awesome all around service. I'd like to give 3 thumbs up but 2 is all I have! Highly recommend.

Frank did an excellent job replacing our garage door springs. He also lubed the garage door hinges and rollers making the door much quieter. I asked about replacing our old door opener and he recommended running the old one until it dies, so he's not pushing products. He answered all my questions and seems very knowledgeable. read more

Prompt and goes the extra mile to ensure you have your garage door working safely and efficiently.

The spring on my garage door snapped. I called Frank's and Kevin came out the same day. As soon as he saw the door, he immediately noticed that it's a "Martin Door". He told me that the springs are lifetime warranty and if I called them, they would send me the spring. Long story short, I got the springs ( had to pay the shipping, $50, no biggie) and Kevin came back to install it. He went above and beyond with his service. He even adjusted my garage door opener at the end. Saved me a few bucks and provided an excellent customer service. Thank you Gianna and Kevin.. Joe Oakley read more

I contacted Frank's Garage Door based on recommendations from a local Facebook group, and they were so quick to get back to me. Gianna gave me suggestions to try to fix it myself before spending money on a service call, and when she wasn't able to get someone out within the next day (other than a late evening time that didn't work for me), she recommended another business and even reached out them to see if they were available. She gave me some good advice about what the visit should cost me, and how to avoid being scammed. I really appreciated her help and integrity, even though we didn't end up being able to use their service due to a time constraints. Super helpful! read more

I was in the market to buy a new garage door since my old one stopped working(spring broke) and I got recommended to Franks garage door. Let me start off by saying that I have received excellent customer service from start to finish. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at an affordable cost. I didn't even have to shop around. Frank and his team are professionals and have a lot of experience with what they do. My old garage was very uneven with weather stripping around it that was allowing air gaps to pass through but Franks replaced everything with new weather stripping, sealing every corner so nothing passes through. They showed me features of my my new garage door and the work performed was very clean. They took care of everything and I am extremely happy with their service. I would recommend them to everyone I know. read more

We love our new garage door and motor! First, I want to say that out of ALL the local garage repair companies Frank's Garage Door was the only company that was available to service us the same day. Also, they were one of few that actually answers the phone. We called Frank's because our garage door had gone off track and wasn't closing, he came to inspect and repaired our garage door until we were able to get a new one. We got a new door and motor installed and from the very first contact we were pleased with the level of customer service, responsiveness, professionalism and actual work being done. read more

Sunday afternoon our garage door wouldn't open, less than 24hrs and it's working better than before thanks to Frank and Gianna! We're new to the area and were worried about finding someone. We reached out to Frank's Garage Door and before I could set down my phone Gianna was working everything out with me. We initially thought it was a busted trolley and Gianna let me know based on the model and installation date that she could likely get the part under warranty. She also set up a time for Frank to stop by and at least manually help us get our garage door up )very thoughtful!). Turns out eagle eyed Frank spotted the popped spring from one of our pictures and came prepared. Complete transparency with the quote and a great value. Our garage door is even quieter now after he did a nice grease up of the tracks and joints. He was so patient with all of my questions and fun to talk to. Awesome people who know their stuff, an absolute pleasure to do business with! Thank you!! read more

Had to replace one garage door window/frame/retainer of three, long story short, since it was old, it required a custom one-off order, which Gianna tracked down and Frank installed for a near perfect match of the existing sets. Last Wednesday afternoon a spring on my roll-up garage door broke. I checked out my options on-line and liked the reviews for Frank's Garage Door - so I called them. They answered the phone quickly. I told them what the problem was and they asked if the following morning would fit my schedule. They provided a quote which was very reasonable also. They were on time and diagnosed what repairs were needed. When it was finished they also checked all the door hinges as well as made one adjustment to the door settings. Frank's Garage Door just completed an installation for me. I am a Superintendent for a large SF contractor and don't give recommendations easily. I can't speak highly enough for this group. I recently bought a garage door from Home Depot and paid the extra pound of flesh for installation and they contracted these characters to come do the install. I spoke with Dawn multiple times on the phone regarding scheduling, with which they were extremely flexible, as my needs kept changing. She was patient and courteous, and all around a joy to deal with. They sent out a guy to do a site inspection, and this is where Home Depot loses stars, and he explained I needed to crank out another $115 for a low headroom kit, which is fine, but that to haul away my garage door would cost me $150, unless I spent $50 bucks, and at least a couple weeks, to get the paint tested for lead. Ugh. So I said I'd dump the door myself. Once the door they ordered came in they sent out Bert (Beto) to come install the door. He was on time, interesting to talk to, and did an amazing job. This guy rocked! Request him if you can. I couldn't be happier with how the door came out and the level of service I received. And I don't hold the Home Depot shenanigans against them. read more

Okay, so I would say no to having them install your garage door opener. I bought a Genie garage door opener from Home Depot and Franks is contracted with them for installation. Franks gave me a 2 hour window for installation (8-10am). I waited until 10:00am and noone showed so I called Franks. They said he was running late. I got no phone call telling me this information and they actually gave me some attitude on the phone when I called. He finally showed up about an hour later and told me he had car trouble. I should have know there would be problems with them after that but I gave them benefit of a doubt. I paid $150.00 for installation. Two months later, my garage door opener was having problems so I called Franks to see if they could come out and look at it. They said they don't guarantee Genie installations and would charge me $132.00 for a service call. They only come out for Chamberlain garage door openers. Really? I then talked with Home Depot to get them to send Franks out and Home Depot could only get them to come out if again, we paid $132.00. I finally bought a new garage door opener and returned the one installed. In addition to getting attitude from them, wasting my time and giving no apology, I am out $150.00. If you like drama...have them install your garage door opener. read more
